Well-maintained, great location for us and our beach visits
Pros:

The property was clean and well-maintained. Our request for a second-floor room was accommodated easily. Decent breakfast and solid coffee.

Cons:

Pillows were okay, not the most comfortable.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice. The pool was great

Cons:

The listing on booking.com said that I could pay at the facility but when I got there they had already charged my card for one night. I had wanted to pay cash. And I used the 4 Kleenex that was in the room and left the empty box out for the maid but they put the container back where it belonged empty.

Hotel needs help - I am sure if the Board of Health came in possibility of shutting it down.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Pool is reason I selected the particular hotel, and it was filthy. I am tempted to call the Board of Health. Many of the guest appear to LIVE at the hotel and were loud, running around, etc. Curtains are torn on the main windows. The grounds were all weeds. The room looked nothing like the pictures and there was an odor from inside that was not pleasant. I tried to ask the clerk some questions which she could not understand because of language barrier. The stay was overpriced and I would like a refund.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dining area/lobby were very clean. Beds/pillows comfy

The breakfast was delicious,scrambled eggs didn’t really taste like real eggs tho. waffles were the best

Cons:

The rug in our room (201) wasn’t very clean and sticky in one place, we had to wear shoes in there
