Very good customer service, easy check in and check out procedure.

Cons:

Someone had straight up been smoking in the room (or at the very least standing in the open doorway and smoking) and the room reeked of it. Also could have been cleaner, some rubbish had been missed on the floor when I checked in.

Great size room but night time noise ruined the stay.
Pros:

Amazing sized apartment.

Cons:

Night time noise was horrible. Continuously woken up by people talking and walking by all hours of the night/ early morning. Even with ear plugs it was very loud. My children had a sporting final early the next day and were exhausted due to the constant wake ups from noisy people from the gaming venue and /or other rooms.
