Amanda, eine entzückend freundliche junge Dame im Service

Cons:

Das Essen Bestellsystem ist unpraktisch, das Frühstück war schlecht ausgestattet, um 9:30 gab es kein Joghurt und keinen Toast mehr, keine hochwertige Ware.

Worth a visit, interesting building, hope it keeps its charm

Location central, we had a room 235 that had recently been renovated, quality furniture, stylish great colour scheme 😃 would love to come back and see it when the full renovation has been completed 😃

It was a great cosy stay. Excellent location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. Food the in the restaurant also really good. Great breakfast. The building of the hotel is quite old (built in 1872(?)) so some parts are still original and has that old British appeal.

Cons:

The booking.com system did not allow to select a beach view room with two guests.

Pros:

Die Lage ist richtig gut.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut Essen und sie fragen auch immer nach den Allergien.

Cons:

Manche Dinge sind zu reparieren, aber da sind sie dran.

Na het wandelen van het SWCP is het heerlijk om hier een warme douche te nemen en te slapen
Pros:

De ruimte, en een lekker bed.
Gelukkig was alles binnen schoon en hygiënisch

Cons:

Wat uitzicht op ons balkon, wat erg smerig uitzag, maar dat is eigenlijk de hele buitenkant. Het is gewoon een verfbeurt toe.

I’m not booking it again for sure.
Pros:

The second room offered was much more spacious and better value for money.

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel I was offered a very tiny room with a stained carpet and very old furniture. On top of that all the bathroom/ toilet was smelling of sewage.
For £100/ night you’d expect more from a 4 star hotel. I was offered then another room as the state of this one was inhabitable.

The food was ok

Cons:

It was an old building all the floor boards made a noise , the walls were thin could here everything from other rooms smelled old. The shower head was either drippy or on full pelt not working well.
