Our stay was amazing.
Pros:

the beds were so soft and comfortable
have stayed in a lot of hotels and these beds were hands down the best we have ever slept in

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and adequate for me. The breakfast bar had a variety and it changed everyday to with some favorites and then those who liked different styles of eggs or sausage and gravy or potatoes. There was something for everyone. The shuttle from the airport was very nice. The drivers were very helpful.

Cons:

The beds were a little too soft for my liking.

המלון קרוב לשדה התעופה. ארוחת בוקר תעשייתית של BWP סבירה
חניה נוחה. פקידת קבלה היתה בסדר.

Cons:

המלון היה בשיפוץ שטרם הסתיים. המחיר היה צריך להיות 250$ ללילה ולא 400$
החדר חדר רגיל של BWP קצת צפוף.
אני הזמנתי ואישרו לי סוויטה ו ה 400$ היו בשביל הסוויטה. אבל כשהגעתי נתנו לי חדר. כנראה עשו טעות. פקידת הקבלה טפנה מיד למנהלת. מכך מובן שהם עשו טעות. המנהלת נתנה לי תשובה שטותית שאמנם אני הזמנתי בבוקינג סוויטה אבל היא לא קיבלה את ההזמנה ככזו. נתנה לי 30$ החזר.

Great place, clean, excellent breakfast and kind staff.
Pros:

Newly renovated. Spacious room. Clean facility. Great breakfast. The kitchen staff need a raise. She was a very hard worker and very kind.

Cons:

The showers in the suites are a little narrow and way to get water on the floor outside the shower pan.

Cons:

Was very bad service stay three days and they didn't clean my room at all they only can took trash out. Didn't even put toilet paper, not even made the bed at all. Do not recommend. It a waste of your money if you are going to get that service 😒. Too late to take pictures after we had already went and got the things we needed.

We had an excellent time. The new amenities are amazing.
Pros:

It was the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was also excellent.

Cons:

I was a late check in the last of the day, but no one was at the front desk to check me in for 20 minutes. Maybe a bell at the front desk would be helpful.

Do not stay there until renovation is done.
Pros:

The room was acceptable

Cons:

No staff at the front desk around 9 pm when I arrived. I waited for 10 min for someone to show up and he didn’t even apologize for the wait. It’s being renovated the lobby, elevator seems like an abandoned building. No water bottle in the room. The price was too high for such poor conditions.
