Cons:

Kinda disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong mold smell that made it feel unsafe. The AC couldn’t be adjusted and kept resetting, leaving the room freezing, and the elevator waits were excessive. For a one-night stay for almost 500$, these conditions were unacceptable

Disgustingly dirty.
Pros:

The location is very good, 2 minute walk from Magnificent Mile and 5 minute walk from the River.

Cons:

Room was disgustingly dirty, stains everywhere, random trash left in the middle of the floor from previous people, etc. Bathroom came with nothing, no shampoo or condition, and not even soap. Bed was worse than my college dorm mattress, pillow was the weirding thing I've ever felt.

Cons:

They didn't answer messages before we got to the property, downgraded our room without compensation, just unwilling to work with us. Staff were unfriendly.
