Pros:

Центральное месторасположение. Приветливый администратор по имени Muharem на рецепшн, В номере вся техника и сантехника исправна. Уборка номеракаждый день.

Cons:

Завтрак скудный, если вы придете позже 9 утра, все горячие блюда уже съедены и не пополняются персоналом. Под нашим окном - напротив центрального входа - мусорные контейнеры, хотя они и находятся под землёй, люди все время гремят крышками мусорных баков, а так же сюда свозят мешки с мусором с окрестностей. Номер уставший, видно, что до нас здесь курили - все пропитано запахом сигарет.

​If I could give Misa Hotel 10 stars out of 5, I would do it in a heartbeat! From start to finish, our stay was exceptional.

​Unbeatable Location

The hotel’s location is a massive highlight. You can easily walk to top attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia, making sightseeing practically effortless. On top of that, it’s just a few minutes' walk to both the Metro and Tram stations, making navigation around Istanbul seamless.

​Outstanding Staff & Security

A special, heartfelt thank you and immense gratitude goes out to the incredible reception team:

​Muharrem (Morning Staff): Warm, welcoming, and always ready to start our day on a wonderful note.

​Raza (Evening Staff): Professional, diligent, and constantly ensuring the hotel remained completely safe and secure at all times.

​The level of professionalism and care shown by the staff gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay.

​Comfort & Cleanliness

Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team deserves huge praise—the bedding was absolute immaculate comfort after long days of walking through the city.

The only tiny area for improvement would be updating the TV channel selection, as the current options are a bit limited.

​Despite that minor tweak, we loved every second of our time here. I will definitely be recommending Misa Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and cannot wait to return!

Good for the money but needs some repairs
Pros:

Very good personell, the cleaning is excellent too - replaced sheets and towels every day and the rooms smelled nice. Very friendly admin at the welcoming desk. The breakfast was quite nice as well.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old and needs some repairs done- the water tap in our room was wobbly and some of the tiles in the bathroom were missing. Also some mold / old dirt was in corners of the shower.

Very Nice Stay
Pros:

This was our first stay in this property and really worth it. The property was located on a well connected tram service (3 min) from the hotel and you can either walk to sultanahmet in 25 min or take a tram to reach in 5-10 min. The staff was exceptional and I would really want to thank Muharram who took a great care of us. Every time we come back to hotel, he offered us with water and some delights. Daily room cleaning was done and breakfast was also reasonable. There is also lots of shops nearby if someone is interested in shopping. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location is great, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious. But the best part is the hotel staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
Breakfasts at the hotel are delicious, and there is always something sweet, coffee, tea and water waiting at the hotel reception.
