Πέρασα πάρα πολύ ωραία. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά.
Pros:

Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί, το προσωπικό ήταν το πιο ευγενικό που έχω συναντήσει, η κουζίνα άριστη με μεγάλη ποικιλία.

Cons:

Μικρές επιδιορθώσεις χρειάζονται στα δωμάτια αλλά τίποτα υπερβολικά δυσάρεστο.

Friendly Staff, but a 3-Star Experience Overdue for a Major Renovation

The friendly staff, clean beach and water, great views of the Mount Olympus.

Cons:

We recently stayed at Dion Palace as a family group of four adults and a child on the all-inclusive package. While the property holds a 5-star rating on paper, the reality on the ground is that it operates, looks, and feels like a 3-star hotel.
​Here is an honest breakdown of our experience to help future travelers:

​The Infrastructure & Rooms
The entire resort is suffering from severe deferred maintenance and is long overdue for a thorough, floor-to-ceiling renovation. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small; sufficient for a stay, but certainly not luxurious. The cost-cutting is visually obvious everywhere: "king beds" are just two single beds pushed together with separate sheets, the central AC infrastructure is broken (they have retrofitted mini-splits onto the walls instead), bathtubs are peeling, and the faux leather on the common area bar stools is completely flaking off.

​Food & Beverage (All-Inclusive)
It is very clear that management is actively skimping on the food and beverage budget. The buffet lacks variety and quality. Seafood was virtually nonexistent during our stay, with the main protein choices limited to repetitive chicken and occasional pork dishes. The drinks followed the same trend: the wine was unpalatable, the juices were powder-mixed, and the draft beer was the only beverage that tasted fine.
​The Beach & Entertainment
While the beach itself is relatively clean and pleasant, there is a frustrating shortage of sunbeds and sunshades to accommodate the guests. Furthermore, evening activities and entertainment are practically nonexistent. Once dinner is over, you are essentially left to just sit on the veranda doing nothing.

​The Staff
The one positive takeaway from our stay was the service. The frontline staff members are exceptionally friendly, hardworking, and genuinely doing their best with what they have. Unfortunately, great staff cannot overcome management's lack of investment in the property.

Iso sam na druge plaze

Osoblje je preljubazno

Cons:

Nije nam se dopalo to sto nije najcistije i sto nista nije isto kao sa slika. Hotel je star i ogucan zreo za renoviranje. Ima mnogo Bugara i Albanaca a ja sam Srbin

Kedvesek voltak és jól tudtak angolul

Cons:

A csillagok száma ami 5 egyáltalán nem felel meg a szálloda
A kád rozsdás volt
A legkondiból folyt a víz folyamatosan ami baleset veszélyes főleg kisgyerekkel !
Ha ezért szóltunk nem igazán csináltak vele semmit !
Az étterembe oda volt szarva az asztal mellé és senki nem takaritotta fel három napig a szék is olyan volt
A tisztaságon javitani kellene nagyon
A tengerpart tiszta kő nem homokos ahogy írtak

Pros:

Avea plaja privata si bar pe plaja.

Cons:

Hotelul nu este de 5 stele, este de maxim 3 stele. Este degradat, necesita foarte multe îmbunătățiri sa arate ca in poze. Pozele sunt foarte editate si pare de lux, însă este mai mult o pensiune. Curățenia jalnica, lenjeria de pat si prosoapele vechi, pereții degradati si murdari, mobilier vechi. Mâncarea de foarte proastă calitate si puține variante, nediversificata. Nu recomand. Scările din hol nu au fost maturate niciodată, ne luau păianjeni de picioare. Spa este contra cost totul.
