Pros:

Bardzo przytulne wnętrza, blisko centrum, śniadania w Vincentcafe bardzo smaczne i blisko hotelu. Otwieranie kodem to rewelacyjna opcja, dzięki temu nie trzeba pamiętać o kluczu czy karcie. Kontakt telefoniczny z recepcja 24h to bardzo wygodna opcja.

Zentral wohnen und das quirlige Warschau entdecken.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut zentral, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der PKW steht sicher auf einem geschützten Bereich des Innenhofs (gesichert mit Zaun und Einfahrtsschranke).
Die Alststadtmeile in direkter Nähe bietet eine Vielzahl von Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer modern und die "Küchenecke" bietet die Möglichkeit Heißgetränke zuzubereiten (Teebeutel sind vorhanden).
Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut (täglich frische Handtücher und neue Teebeutel).

Cons:

Warschau ist als Hauptstadt erwartungsgemäß etwas teurer. Trotzdem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Unterkunft überzogen. Das Zimmer (ohne Frühstück) für ca. 170 €/Tag, dazu der Hinterhofstellplatz für den PKW für ca. 23 €/Tag sind schon eine Ansage. Rechnet man noch das Frühstück in einem der Bistros für etwa 12 € hinzu, dann ergibt sich ein Gesamtpreis/Tag von über 200 €. Und das ohne Rezeption vor Ort und ohne Fahrstuhl (Zimmer über 4 Treppen erreichbar).
Der Preis für den PKW-Stellplatz konnte nicht über Booking abgebucht werden und musste vor Ort über Internet-Banking per Smartphone bezahlt werden (hat erst im zweiten Anlauf geklappt). Die Aufforderungen zum Bezahlen erhielt man in Polnisch. Fazit: Ohne professionellen Umgang mit dem Smartphone in Bezug auf Banking inkl. Übersetzungsprogramm und ausreichende Englischkenntnisse im telefonischen Austausch mit der "virtuellen" Rezeption, sollte man sich doch altbewährt in einem klassischen Hotel einbuchen. Viel teuerer kann es auch nicht sein. Und noch ein kleiner Nachklapp: Den sechsstelligen Zugangscode fürs Parken, die Haupteingangs- und auch Zimmertür erhielten wir am Anreisetag 2 Stunden vor der vereinbarten Eincheckzeit aufs Handy. Da waren wir aber schon fast vor Ort. Ein bisschen rechtzeitiger und informativer hätten wir es schon gern gehabt. Aber scheinbar wird es seitens des Vermieters locker und "easy" gehandhabt.
