Good clean facility, excelent location.
Pros:

Excelent location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus 175 from the airport took us right next to the building. Can reach Old Town and many other points of interest by following Nowy Świat street. Our room was quite, clean, and comfortable. Would consider staying again on my next trip.

Cons:

It was not a problem for us, but some people might object to having to go up the flight of stairs to get to the upper level units.

Piccola ma confortevole!
Pros:

Arredamento moderno e ben curato nei dettagli, la posizione è semplicemente perfetta. Nulla di grave, ma l'unica osservazione è che non c'era un vero tavolo con sedie, ma un davanzale con degli sgabelli.

Great place for a short stay, don’t underestimate the distances in Warsaw.
Pros:

Nice little room, clean, coffee and water available in the small kitchenette. Quiet, nice area. Close to public transportation.

Cons:

Code locks were a bit fiddly on first attempt. No elevator. Room in a residential building, not a hotel with lobby etc. No staff around - but tbh I hadn’t any need to interact with staff. Location is quite far from center- I had underestimated the size of Warsaw.

Location/decor/cleanliness, responsiveness of staff.

Cons:

The parking was complicated by the fact that the gate was malfunctioning & wouldn’t open as it should. We were not informed of this possibility do we could not get in or out with instructions given.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wokół mnóstwo kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów.
Piękny wystrój pokoju, mimo małych rozmiarów jest tam wszystko czego potrzeba- suszarka, lodówka, ekspress, sztućce, kawa, herbata, czajnik.

Cons:

No Physical Front Desk: Unlike traditional hotels, this property does not have an on-site reception. All communication and issue resolution are handled entirely over the phone with customer service.
​Strict Pre-Arrival Requirements: If it's your first time staying here, make sure to fill out the online check-in form before you arrive. This is absolutely mandatory to receive the access codes for both the main building and your room. Otherwise, you might find yourself stuck at the door calling customer service, which can be quite an awkward situation.
