Bel hôtel mais attention à la localisation de la chambre
Pros:

la localisation, l'accueil du personnel.

Cons:

la localisation de la chambre qui donnait sur le parking devant la réception normalement courte durée et où une voiture est restée tout le temps de notre séjour devant la fenêtre nous donnant l'impression de dormir sur un parking.

Vi fick ingen information om att restaurangen var abonnerad förrän när vi ville äta. Hela området var fullbokat pga konsert på Dalhalla och ingen mat fanns att hitta. Det hade varit bra att få veta innan. Frukostpaketen och kommunikationen kring dem vara katastrof.

Fint klassiskt hotell med fantastisk utsikt.
Pros:

Fantastiska omgivningar och vacker utsikt över Siljan. Frukosten var mycket bra och servicevänlig och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Vi åt middag en kväll på hotellets restaurang och de har en förrätt, en varmrätt och en efterrätt. Kvaliteten på dessa var genomgående inte bra och absolut inte prisvärt. Hade hellre sett att man kunde välja bland flera rätter. Både förrätten och efterrätten hade stått klara länge och var kalla och inte goda. Läget gör att det är svårt att hitta någon annan stans att äta middag. Sen börjar hotellet bli till åren och det var väldigt varmt på rummet.
