The virtual and remote service was great!
Location was wonderful!! Walkable to everything, but in a quieter area. Property was charming and room was charming and spacious! Communication with management was awesome!! Check in was easy, reached out every day of our stay to see if we needed anything. Even alerted us about a fire alarm inspection and test on one of the days of our stay.
Un vrai hôtel de charme, dans le vieux quartier. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Québec. Des chambres spacieuses et authentiques, une très belle salle de bain, bref tout ce qu’on attend de ce type d’hôtel. Un personnel très réactif même si la réception se fait à distance.
La localisation et son cachet antique
Mentionné qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur car nous étions au 4ieme étage était avec une personne âgée très difficile pour elle de monter les escaliers

Lovely hotel and great room. Appreciated having parking space in Quebec City. Nice to be warned there were only 5 available.
No direct contact with staff. It was a ghost hotel. Only contact via phone or message. Very strange. Only warned about limited parking spaces 2 days before.
Location next to everything you want to see and do. And so charming! The AC works great which was a super plus in July. Definitely recommend.
Fabulous location and the rooms were spacious with period decor. Very comfortable and charming! The only drawback was no elevator for the luggage and we were on the fourth floor with bad backs and knees. Another client took our bags up fortunately so it wasn’t a detractor..
Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town of Quebec City. Lovely rooms, a comfortable stay and a smooth check in experience - although there were no staff around in the hotel they were very helpful and prompt to respond to messages.
Great location, historical building, great experience
There’s no staff onsite. While the staff on the phone tried to help as much as they can, it is a bit of a bizarre experience. I guess it’s the sign of time.

My tiniest complaint is that my shower door leaked water on the floor when showering.

Great Stay in Old Quebec City.
Great location that’s also within walking distance to some neat parts of Quebec City if you are wanting to get a change of scenery from the Old city. It also has a very comfortable bed!
The floors were dirty. More attention to cleaning is very much needed. Feet were dirty walking on the floor.
