Pros:

Central location to the CBD and a tram stop directly out the front. The price was good too.

Cons:

The bed was so hard and really fat pillows too, enough to induce neck pain.
The thermostat on the heater was broken, so it was either off and freezing or on and sweating. The continental breakfast was pretty ordinary, luckily there are some good laneway cafes close by.

Location was great, right next to the tram line and easy to get around,

Cons:

Breakfast was not amazing, not worth $15 so I went elsewhere.

disappointing
Pros:

check in and check out OK, but not enough staff.

Cons:

Room and toilet too small. Shower behind curtain in room, with small handbasin is awful design. Nowhere to put laptop, no desk space. Carpets and walls in corridors dirty. Could not get wifi working. No where for taxi to stop to unload your bags, or to be picked up. Reception under-staffed. A complimentary bottle of drinking water would not ruin your profits.
