Cons:

The shower splashed water everywhere. There were no towel rails for drying(everything was damp).
The air conditioner was very old and didn’t work well. The fridge was unplugged for the first 2 days without my knowledge. My phone messages that I left many days prior to my arrival were not replied to. Staff attempted to charge me $60 for an early check in. The light shade fell off and bounced off my head.
The electronic door lock only worked correctly every 4th attempt.
There was renovation work underway creating excessive noise.

Budget accommodation and very convenient location.
Pros:

You always get what you pay for and in this case that rang true. The room was very inexpensive and suited our purpose.

Cons:

He entry and hallway carpets were extremely dirty but the room was okay.

Location was great, close to tram networks

Cons:

Shower didn’t have a solid door so water went everywhere. No central heating, just a standalone heater in the corner. Barely enough room to do anything but stand or lay on the bed.

Pros:

Location was great. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Small room. Could hear some outside noise. I did not pay for luxurious so was not expecting it but it was still better than other places I have stayed.
