Good location but needs a serious deep clean
Pros:

Good location - in CBD.
We were able ro cgeck in early because our room as ready early.

Cons:

The hallway to the ground floor lifts smelr like raw sewerage, there were stains on the carpet & the headboard lamps were all broken but we were given a separate bedside lamp when we mentioned it.
There wasn't a bathroom- you stepped out of the shower immediately into the bedroom & the hand basin was also in the bedroom
The curtains were only half the height of the "window" so light came in at night & the shower/toilet air vent fan stayed on 24/7 - no switch to turn it off, so it made a noise ALL NIGHT.

Perfect location.
Pros:

Great staff, easy check in, great value for money. The room was comfortable.
