My stay was awesome! The room service was great as well.
Pros:

I liked the diverse staff, room service was great. I like that I was close to downtown and the highway. The people were nice. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The halls were clean, no icky smells. I will certainly return and recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There were not enough options for breakfast. Grits would have been nice. I had to stand in line too long to make a waffle. The selections were just horrible. I decided to go out for breakfast every morning.

Comfy Hotel
Pros:

This hotel has great location, close to an exit from I-95, but far enough away that you don't get traffic noise and congestion, and it is just a few minutes from the beach. This is an excellent place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, pleasantly decorated, and their was no street noise. The staff members were welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside for this hotel is they have followed the current industry trend of installing kindergarten-sized toilets, which are too low to the ground even for short people like me, and are extremely ridiculous for average size adults. They are especially difficult to use for people who do not really need an accessible room, but do have stiffening hips or aching knees or backs. I imagine anyone over 5 ft 10 inches tall must find them next to impossible to use.

I don't know how much money hotels are saving by installing these kiddie-sized toilets, but it's costing them huge amounts in customer satisfaction. I can't believe I'm the only one to complain about this.

Stay and cleanliness good but very bad customer service.

Cons:

The receptionist doesn't have any interest on the guest service. Always talking with a guest without assisting during check-in. Waited for long time to check-in. Also, no interest in provide details around wifi or elevator. Less than average service.

Breakfast is very basic and waffle maker is always broken
