L’accueil, les conseils, la taille de la chambre dernier étage, calme. Situé au centre parfait. Nous avons eu de la chance nous nous sommes parqués devant l’hôtel.
Excellent location right in the heart of Braga. Hotel staff are all extremely helpful and friendly.

-room very dated decor wise
-room smelt foisty, or perhaps cleaning products used,but there was a very unpleasant smell in the room throughout our stay
- no tea/ coffee making facilities
- no safe
- have to get out of bed to turn off bedside lights
- yellow stains on mattress protector
- toilet needed a few attempts to flush it
- shower didn’t drain properly and anti slip mat was very yellow
- no extractor fan in bathroom
- Hairdryer really yellow, although worked fine
- Noisy, could hear phone ringing in reception and we were on the 2nd floor! Noise from other people really carried too
-dogs barking in room upstairs kept us awake ( we hadn’t realised it was a dog friendly hotel but for some people that would be a plus)
- breakfast not replenished regularly so no scrambled egg left and when bread was topped up only 3 bread rolls put in baskets for the whole breakfast room
- we have stayed in 9 hotels/apartments on our trip round Portugal this time and this was our least favourite place and compared to what we paid and got in other places did not feel it was good value for money.

Everything was perfect!
Location is fantastic as right in the heart of beautiful Braga and about a 12 minute walk to the station. The room was a little old fashioned but charming and comfortable and the shower good! The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. Great value for money and would highly recommend!
As I like my tea, would always love a kettle in a hotel room. I was on the 3rd floor and as all the floors are wooden it was very echoey. There was someone in a room near me with a particularly loud cough and I could hear every rasp.... I know they couldn't help it but it was overwhelming!
