room was clean and spacious and the location was excellent
The view from the window was of structural components.
The location
It’s a little run down
The room was spacious and the second bathroom had a second sink outside of the toilet room. My kids loved the game room. We had breakfast one morning and it was yummy (but sans protein). The room was stocked with dishes and basic cookware.
Can’t think of anything
Room was incredibly spacious, 2 comfortable beds, good sitting area, would stay again.
Bathroom was a little spartan, but fine for a couple nights.
We enjoyed our stay.
It is pricey. Check in a little late and check out at 10 am is very early.
It was just OK, nothing special.
Pool and hot tub were not working. Did not find out until we arrived.
Beautiful location, friendly staff and wonderful accommodations!
excellent value, location, clean, room was HUGE

Amazing location
Unfortunately almost everything. The elevator took forever to bring you up. Everything was a bit dated and no breakfast. Staff was okay but not really nice.
The location is great, the lobby is beautiful.
The room was large and was clean and fully stocked. The beds were comfy.
The hallways and the room smelled a little stale or had a old smell. They could use some air fresheners.
Also the breakfast was good but could use some more protein options, like eggs, sausage or bacon, or high protein yogurt. Just an idea.
Everything and close to everything we need.
There was nothing we didn’t like! We enjoyed everything with a girls group of friends and had an enjoyable evening.
Loved the front area! And close parking! Which I think I got the last spot whether that was purposeful planning or I just got lucky.
The staff was amazing and helpful for such a terribly late check in. (We unfortunately got in close to midnight!!)
Super accommodating as I have a medical condition that requires a service animal to travel with me. It’s always nice to be treated respectfully.
I thought it was amazing that they offered a late check out! I’ve never seen an upfront 1 pm check out which I honestly thought was such a great idea, I think an extra $50 for a 1 pm check out is respectable.
After check in and walking into such a beautiful resort (or at least advertised and looked like it when I walked in) I will say I had very high expectations and understood why the price was high.
To my surprise the room as it said it was a suite and I believe the photos online indicated a legitimate bed but it was one bed with a futon but the futon was really uncomfortable and old.
The inside of the room was as if I paid for a dirty $50 hourly motel. I’m glad I got a discount because that room is absolutely not worth the $250 normally. I was terrified I would be charged for damages as the entire hotel room was damaged one way or another including the Bathtub and the tile.
The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or replaced since the 1900s and my daughter towel had poops stains on it. But again, extra charge.
Not enough bedding on the futon at all and no pillows. Instructions said that additional linens would cost extra and if I remember correctly it was something outrageous like $50. Luckily I travel with extra pillows for my kids in the car.
No room at all to move about once the futon was put together (yes it was not already set up as I had purchased a double queen room so you would think it would be ready to go). I spent all night jumping on the futon to use the restroom and get other things together and constantly disrupting my children’s sleep.
The tv kept freezing and remote did not work well. I’m not a big tv person but if you are be aware of that I guess.
Idk guys, I just was really shocked I’ve stayed at hotels at resorts before and I’ve never stayed somewhere so gross before. Hidden… in your room gross. But everything else gorgeous. It’s just sad to see where the money is being spent is not in the actual place people are spending their money.
I don’t do reviews but you guys sent an email asking for it so… here is my honest review.
But seriously, the facility had HUGE potential. Hopefully that’s something they plan to remedy.
Convince to everything.
The seating areas were comfortable
The staff was very kind. But I did forget a item of my personal property i left it on my room.
I did not know how to turn down the cooler and froze at night as it was to cold. Cold not figure out how to change the degrees. I was freezing 🥶 lol. And could not find a thermostat anywhere so I could turn the AC unit down.
