תודה מיוחדת לפזית, מנהלת קשרי הלקוחות, שהעניקה לנו יחס אישי וחם לאורך כל השהות. פזית דאגה לשדרג לנו את החדרים, הפתיעה אותנו בפינוקים מקסימים ודאגה לכל פרט קטן כדי שנרגיש מיוחדים ומפונקים.
היחס והאכפתיות שלה ממש לא מובנים מאליהם, והיא ללא ספק תרמה רבות לכך שהחוויה שלנו הייתה כל כך מוצלחת.

הגעתי עם בני לחופשה קצרה, האירוח ענה על כל הציפיות. הבריכה נעימה, האוכל טוב, החדרים נעימים והשירות נעים.
המנהלת פזית יוצאת דופן! הפכה את השהייה לנעימה, עזרה, התאימה ודייקה את החופשה. גם לבני חיכו הפתעות בחדר באדיבותה ואף שודרגנו בחדר.
