We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and everything exceeded our expectations. As my daughter said, it was “1000/10”!

The price I paid was a bit dear without breakfat
Staff were brilliant - they even gave us some freebies in the room - Diet Coke and sweets. The stay was an early birthday treat for my fiancé (as I can’t get time off my job in June and July) and they even put a little message on the bed!
The bed looked small compared to what I had booked- the room was also a little dirty, I took the guide book out of the draw and it was thick with dust, the folder in the holder above the desk was also dirty. The spa was nice but sauna wasn’t hot and ‘experience room’ was just a cold room with wet beds - no music etc. It didn’t feel 5 star.

The room I was in had a loud noise outside the window, I don’t know if this was maybe coming from upstairs but it was hard to get to sleep.

We booked a room for 3 but it was prepared for only 2 people.
