Overall really enjoyed staying here on a business trip for 4 nights. The rooms are modern, bed comfortable and nice shower. The breakfast buffet with one choice of eggs or pancakes or avocado was outstanding. The only issue was the faulty key cards not only myself but everyone seemed to struggle getting it to work on the elevator.
Beautiful hotel with a great spa, room was lovely
Shower didn't work and didn't get fixed when requested, we had to shower in the spa. A member of staff at breakfast made an inappropriate comment to my girlfriend which soured our trip.
Hotel is in a good location and within walking distance to great restaurants. Rainshower also very nice.
Lack of cleanliness. Hotel room had 2 complimentary bottles of water. These were not new or fresh bottles. The rim at the top of the bottle was very dirty. Toilet seat was also very dirty. Had marks all over it. Needed polishing. Staff were not very welcoming apart from the bar tender. Hotel staff need to address customers with a smile at the very least. I also requested ice and this didn't get to my room until 30 minutes later until my wife had physically gone down to reception herself to prompt them. Stayed in a junior suite and the room was okay but not massively impressive considering the price I paid. Also, who is paying £135 for a 1 hour massage!

Did not have the chance to use the facilities at the hotel much as I was mostly out. But they were accommodating with late checkout for Titanium/Platinum members till 4pm with option to pay additional/hour beyond that. Prince from the concierge was very nice and helpful and assisted me when I was checking out.

There wasn’t much not to like! Great location for access to the tube. Nice and quiet in the hotel-away from the buzzle of main London. Shops nearby for any essentials although hotel staff were more than happy to provide items. Rooms were calming and had everything you need in them-lovely little touches which made you feel special and welcome.
Breakfast was delicious and a great choice.
I do like a bath in the room however the shower made up for this. Spa was a little hectic at times-maybe do a sign which suggests quieter times.

El primer día llegamos después de todo el día visitando Londres y el sofá cama no estaba listo para mi hijo. El segundo dia tuve que pedir toallas adicionales pues éramos tres. El tercer día llegamos por la noche y no estaba hecha la habitación. Esto no es normal en un hotel de 5*. Nadie nos dijo nada sobre todo lo ocurrido durante la estancia. Es un buen hotel si vas a trabajar a la City pero no lo recomiendo para hacer turismo en Londres.
We stayed for one night to attend the Boyzone Emirates gig.
We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and able to check in early. She apologised for the rain and said she would send up some wine and chocolates to the room to help us feel better. This was such a lovely and appreciated gesture.
Sajal made us some delicious cocktails in the bar and was very friendly and hospitable.
Tohed brought us some snacks up to the room when we arrived back late and was extremely friendly and helpful. Again it was a lovely touch.
Breakfast was delicious, there was so much variety and it all tasted amazing. My friend was a bit disappointed there were no fried eggs ready on the buffet and you had to wait for them to be cooked. Other than that it was 1010 and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.
