The food was a bit disappointing, as my partner had to re-order her food as it was too spicy for her, and the second attempt, the chicken wasn't cooked properly so she didn't have anything to eat. The staff did offer to cook her food again, but by this time, she didn't want to eat anything.

- Breakfast was nice, lots of options and included options on the À la carte menu also
- 2 out of 4 lifts in use was a little bit inconvenient; only one set to get down to basement level where the spa is and back up to room: time inefficient but tolerable, can’t help issues with the lifts!
Never stayed anywhere so nice, seriously great room and felt really well looked after!
The room was veryyy clean, the mattress was like heaven, the sound isolation was 10/10 (we've literally never slept better). The staff was extremely welcoming and professionnal: there were a lot of small touches and attentions that made this trip excellent and we were blown away by how hospitable they were, especially when we told them it was a birthday trip. We felt like robbers for how luxurious the experience felt for the price we paid, it was wayyy worth paying a little extra compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood.
The breakfast was delicious, and there were quality alcohol-free options.
There were a few logistical issues that, although the excellent client experience staff went well and above to solve and apologize for, did bother us a bit since we dealt with them several times.
We had an exceptional stay! The staff were brilliant, the rooms and facilities are gorgeous. Extremely pleasantly surprised.

I requested and paid for a birthday package as an extra for my partners birthday celebration, which was done perfectly and some added small touches. The staff were welcoming and finally & the assistant manager also greeted us on arrival and departure, she was lovely and helpful. We used the spa facilities and this was a great experience, head there early when it opens as it can get quite busy from mid morning onwards and it’s quite small. Otherwise a great stay and we would stay again. Thank you
Nothing negative to say, apart from the faculties could be open slightly later in the evening for couples to relax.
