The rooms are lovely and the whole hotel is gorgeous

Spa was great

Brilliant.

Stayed for 4 nights and was pleasantly impressed. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with attentive and kind staff, we ran into a slight delay on arrival however we were taken care of by the staff and 40 mins later we were relaxing in our room. The rooms are spacious with luxurious finishes and very clean and comfortable beds. The tech in the hotel is admirable with powered curtains , under floor heating in the bathroom and a neat control panel controlling the curtains and all the lights in the room.

The hotel is run by exceptional staff who are professional warm and friendly. They ensured that we were looked after and any issues were resolved.

Breakfast was exceptional the buffet food was excellent 👌 and the variation was great. There is a menu that we ordered off of which is included in the breakfast and the American pancakes were delicious ( I’d recommend asking for syrup as the yogurt that was served was too much) but overall breakfast was brilliant

The spa was great facilities were excellent and clean however on our third night there was an issue there was a problem with the jacuzzi which left me with sore eyes. However after reports staff were swift to react and ensured that everyone was okay and compensated accordingly. However staff even the morning after were checking to ensure we were okay. As a surprise the hotel even put balloons and petals and even a cake in our room for my birthday ( I would like to thank all the staff for arranging this as it was a really pleasant surprise)

Overall this hotel delivers on all aspects of my expectations although slight issues I still had an excellent time I would definitely stay again!

Hotellet i sig kan beskrivas som tämligen flådigt. Eller som jag hörde en annan ung besökare beskriva för sin mamma då vi väntade på hissen: "This is the fanciest hotell I have ever stayed in".
Hotellrummet var mycket trevligt med en väl fungerande AC och bekväma sängar.
Personalen var mycket behjälplig med vad helst för fråga vi kunde tänkas ha.
Frukosten var trevlig med en bra buffé plus en extra fruktosträtt som man vick beställa från menyn. Vi stod oss bra för större delen av dagen med den början.

The bed was so comfortable and the touch screens were super easy to use. Spa area was nice if crowded and noisy. The shower was really nice with good water pressure. Air conditioning was a soothing balm in the heat. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels that were a lot less nice. Altogether a great property if you wanna be in/near Shoreditch.

I honestly don't know where to begin! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible surprise you arranged for me.

Walking into my upgraded room and seeing the beautiful balloons, rose petals, wine and such a thoughtful gift completely took my breath away. It was so unexpected and made me feel truly special. You turned my birthday into a memory that I will cherish for a very long time.

It's rare to come across someone who puts so much care and thought into making guests feel valued, and you did exactly that. Your kindness, generosity and attention to every little detail meant more than you could ever know.

Please also pass on my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make it happen. From the team who decorated the room to everyone who looked after us throughout our stay, every single person made us feel so welcome.

Thank you for giving me not just a beautiful room, but a beautiful experience. You made me smile, you made me feel celebrated, and you reminded me what true hospitality looks like.

The two cleaning ladies who did my room yesterday did an amazing job. Not only did they clean, they dusted, arranged my personal items on the table, laid out supplies and did a thorough job. Thank them.

Prince at the concierge desk is incredible with genuine energy! He provided some excellent recommendations, and when he found out it was my birthday, he was so gracious to personally deliver goodies to my room. Many thanks and major applause to Prince for his kindness and generosity!

Our 5 night stay at the Montcalm East for our family was OUTSTANDING! We had 2 Junior Suite Rooms, and from the moment we checked in with a very customer service oriented agent Adel who effused charm and courtesy we had a perfect stay. The breakfast selection matched the hotel - simply OUTSTANDING. Deborah, one of the breakfast coordinators, was wonderful. We stayed here after a fantastic Disney Cruise, where everything was perfect, we experienced no reduction in service during our stay at the Montcalm East!

The staff were tremendous as were the facilities and location.

We came back to the hotel on our first night to a bag of treats to welcome us. The room was spotless and bad everything including toiletry packs, ironing board, cupboard space, coffee machine etc. All small little things that make a trip much easier.

The location was perfect too.
