The rooftop club and the staff members were rude and dismissive. ESP the security guard downstairs
Oh my Goodness talk about a horrible experience and they never addressed anything with me. As many people know I got texted checking in on things in my room but all those people texting you do not work at the hotel. I was never told about this amenity fee and yet other than the WiFi there were no amenities. The hotel floor was sticky and the ac abysmal. But the worst part is that when I went to complain about something the front desk staff totally ignored me and told me that I shouldn’t listen to the people who are texting me to check in. Do yourself a huge favor and pay a little more and stay at the Ludlow across the street.
stayed here for our daughters' college graduation from SVA-NYC. Couldn't have been in a better location as we were able to walk to all types of food and treats and shopping! Extremely easy access to Subway as well. Room was comfortable and we got upgraded to a corner room with a gorgeous gorgeous view across the East River to Brooklyn! Parking garage immediately next door made arrival and departure even easier.

The worst ever.! Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer auf dem 23 Floor. Das war zwar acht Stockwerke über der Disco im 15 Stock - wo man uns berichtete, dass es nur am WE bis 2 Uhr morgens Lärmbelästigung gäbe - aber das war schon einmal das Erste, was nicht stimmt, da es auch am Mittwoch, Donnerstag oder anderen Tagen private events gibt, die bis 2 Uhr morgens ( mindestens) unerträglich sind. Unerträglich und kein Schlaf möglich - vor allem, wenn man arbeiten muß- sehr, sehr unbearable. Das zweite ist, dass das Personal auch nie informiert ist und falsche Infos weitergibt! Nach Wechseln des Zimmers auf einen unteren floor und dem Insistieren nach Kompensation für zwei schlaflose Nächte, hat man uns zugesichert, dies zu regeln, um dann doch zu sagen, dass wir das mit booking. com selbst regeln sollten. Das Zweite oder nunmehr Dritte ist, dass das Hotel eine amenity fee von 10 US pro Rag entrichtet, die man aber auch pro Tag aus der Minibar konsumieren kann. Das Problem ist nur, dass die Minibar NIE aufgefüllt wird. Das heißt, man konsumiert am ersten Tag das bevorzugte Produkt und am zweiten muss man auf die anderen zurückgreifen, die man aber gar nicht mag und es dann auch nicht tut!?!! Interessantes Geschäftsmodell! Man muss dann also trotzdem die amenity fee bezahlen. Nicht nur, dass es nicht automatisch aufgefüllt wird, - nein- auch nach Aufforderung passiert es nicht! Das Fünfte ist, dass das cleaning Personal auch meine gewaschene Unterwäsche weggeworfen hat sowie mein in dem leeren Kühlschrank aufbewahrtes food. - Und - keiner weiß von nichts, ist aber extremely sorry! Nie wieder!!!

Noise. Wear and tear. Price seemed to go up during booking.
Dated room. Mold in shower. Extremely noisy with hôtel night club and bar in the complex. Felt like I was staying at Motel 6 with a night-club. Unable to sleep because of the bass traveling through the hotel. Black out blinds didn’t cover the window opening to block out sun from a sleepless night
We stayed for almost 8 days. During the first 3 nights, we couldn’t sleep because there was a lot of noise coming from the bar, and we could also feel vibrations. After the party ended around 3 a.m., there was more noise again at around 6 a.m. because they were removing the furniture. We were not moved to another room until the third night.
In the new room, the shower was not working properly. The bathroom flooded twice, and no one ever came to fix it or at least offer us another room, which honestly would have already been exhausting since it would have been the second room change.
We complained about both situations, and there was no type of compensation offered or apology.
My stay at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York was excellent, and a big reason for that was Tiberius. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He has a great personality and made every interaction feel warm and authentic rather than forced or scripted.
This was also my first visit to New York City, and Tiberius made the experience even better with his recommendations. The food spots he suggested ended up being some of the highlights of my trip, and honestly are part of what will keep me coming back to visit NYC again. He also gave me other recommendations that I didn’t have time to try this trip but absolutely plan to check out in the future.
What stood out most was how attentive and helpful he was throughout my stay. I had an issue with water from the shower leaking under the bathroom door and onto the floor, and Tiberius immediately stepped in to help. He made sure I had fresh towels while maintenance worked on the issue and followed up to make sure everything was addressed as best as possible. That level of care and responsiveness really made a difference and showed how much he values guest experience.
After long days exploring the city, it was always nice coming back to someone so friendly and positive. Employees like Tiberius are rare and truly elevate a hotel stay from good to memorable.
The hotel itself was also great — clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, an excellent location, and easy access to restaurants and the subway — but Tiberius was absolutely the highlight of my experience. I would gladly stay here again because of the hospitality I received.

Aucune considération pour les clients. Le ménage des chambre est bâclé. L’hôtel mériterai un rafraîchissement, la décoration est has-been. Pour ce prix nous pouvons trouver beaucoup mieux dans le quartier.
