La zona que rodea el hotel tiene muy mal ambiente, aunque está muy cerca del centro financiero al que se llega andando en 5 minutos y tambien muy cerca del centro, las calles de atrás e incluso en la puerta del hotel hay gente drogándose a cuaqluier hora

Gut für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Sehr komfortable, saubere, große Zimmer. Bequeme Betten mit zweierlei Kissen zur Auswahl. Sehr ruhig, durch Schallisolierung, man hört man wirklich nichts.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht so toll, ein paar Meter weiter die Straße runter ist man voll im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel. Dadurch auch auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel entsprechend Drogenkonsum und Etablisement.

Wenn wir wieder in Frankfurt sind, dann in diesem Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es bietet sehr saubere Zimmer, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns im Zimmer nichts gefehlt. Das Doppelbett war groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!

La posizione vicino al degrado non vale la pena del prezzo vantaggioso.
Pros:

Per quel poco che siamo stati, una manciata di minuti, le stanze si presentavano pulite e in ordine.

Cons:

La posizione della struttura è terribile: a due passi dal degrado costituito da persone senza fissa dimora, risse tra ubriachi e consumo di sostanze stupefacenti a cielo aperto. Una volta visto il degrado totale in cui versava la posizione in cui si trovava la struttura, dopo il check-in, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto di soggiornare altrove e abbiamo chiesto di ottenere una cancellazione della prenotazione con rimborso completo dell'importo pagato direttamente all'hotel. Ciò in quanto eravamo all'interno del range di tempo utile concesso da booking per la cancellazione gratuita. Nonostante questo, l'hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsare l'importo delle notti pagate e ha accettato solo di ridurre la prenotazione da due notti ad una sola. Il giorno successivo, ore dopo aver restituito i badge, ricevo notifica da booking che la struttura aveva notificato alla piattaforma che non ci eravamo presentati: sottoponendoci quindi al potenziale pagamento di una penale. Infatti, pochi giorni dopo, ricevo un ulteriore non dovuto addebito da booking per il pagamento della notte per cui avevo già pagato la struttura. Fortunatamente avevo ancora la fattura rilasciata dall'hotel e dopo aver chiamato diverse volte l'assistenza clienti sono riuscito a ottenere il rimborso della quota pagata indebitamente. Nonostante ciò ho trovato il comportamento dell'hotel molto scorretto sia quando si sono rifiutati di rimborsare la prenotazione nel suo complesso, contravvenendo alle politiche di booking stessa, sia quando mi ha denunciato alla piattaforma per non essermi presentato (ripeto cosa non vera) e ha tentato di ottenere quindi un doppio pagamento per la medesima notte.
