You get what you pay for.
Pros:

As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel, it says so in its title, so they are not hiding anything. Our criteria was somewhere to sleep, shower and was close to touristy thing, and fairly cheap. It ticked all those boxes.

Cons:

The shower was good but the bathroom was bad (and weird). There was a large step up to enter the (miniscule) bathroom, which was a challenge for me. Also there was no shower screen or curtain, so the room flooded. (I slipped over in a similar bathroom in Thailand and broke my back, so I was a bit apprehensive) And the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything going on in the adjacent room (and I mean EVERYTHING) Also you had to pay to park there. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels/motels around the world and never have I had to pay for parking. And there werent even enough parking spaces in front of the motel for all the guests and I had to park in a laneway anyway. That sucked!

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room was the size of a shoe box. There was the smallest amount of milk for 1 cup of coffee and had to pay $5 just to park the car. Never again.
