Die Lage war ruhig

Cons:

Der Müll vom Vorgänger war noch da, der Föhn funktionierte nicht. In der Minibar waren abgelaufene Getränke.

Die Lage im Villenviertel ist schön, gute Anbindung, Parkplätze auf der Straße

Zimmer im zweiten Stock für ältere Gäste ohne Aufzug schwierig, Zimmer klein, Kommunikation könnte besser sein, zb Info zum Check-in, kein Personal vor Ort

Enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

An sich wäre die Lage gut und man ist uns nach Beschwerde entgegen gekommen.

Cons:

Es war nur eine Aushilfe vor Ort, die zwar freundlich war aber keine richtigen Infos hatte. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Zunächst wurden wir dann in ein Zimmer im Keller geführt und nachdem wir uns dann beschwert hatten und auf unsere Buchung verwiesen haben kam es dann zu einem Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer, der gerade im Urlaub war. Dann war es doch möglich uns ein Zimmer gemäß unserer Buchung anzubieten.
Damit aber nicht genug: Haare im Bett, Löcher im Bettbezug, tote Fliegen in der Lampe und hinter dem Heizkörper, der Müll im Badezimmer wurde NICHT geleert, fremde Kleidungsstücke im Schrank.
Daraufhin haben wir uns entschieden die Buchung zu stornieren und uns spontan ein neues Hotel zu suchen. Das hat auch problemlos funktioniert.
Wir waren wirklich entsetzt über das Hotel und wie man hier behandelt wurde.

Was oben steht ist eine gute Zusammenfassung
Pros:

Für meine Bedarf war die Lage perfekt. Alles war in Ordung. Es gab keine Problem. Personnel war freundlich.
