Die zentrumsnahe, aber ruhige Lage am Strand und der Außenbereich sind Highlights, das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die kostenlosen Yogaeinheiten waren ein toller Start in den Tag.
Es war nichts schlecht, aber in Anbetracht des Preises fanden wir unser Zimmer nicht angemessen, es gab keine Wandekoration, keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit und aufgrund des vielen Sands im Außenbereich wäre ein Fußabstreifer sinnvoll gewesen. Somit haben wir uns dort nicht gern aufgehalten, zumal wir auch noch keinen W-Lan-Empfang hatten.
Incredible staff, top notch service and hospitality. Unbeatable location and beach access. Immaculate vibes and aesthetics.
No complaints, restaurant was a bit pricey but overall delicious, and worth it for the level of service the staff provides.

The property is beautiful in one place of the beach which is simply great. The room facing the sea was nice and cozy. This place is also perfect to see the sunset.
No minibar in the room = no cold water. You can refill the water from a water dispenser (the one we have in the offices) so the water is in a big plastic tank. So the story of the green approach makes 0 sense. You can have a minibar with glass bottles if you want to avoid plastic. I understand the rules of Mexico regarding smoking, but a small umbrella outside over the bench will be appreciated as you can immagine is quite hot. Care of customers is also this, a simple umbrella to smoke a cigarette in the shadow and not at 40 degrees.

Gorgeous property, allowed luggage storage and access to facilities pre check-in. Restaurants and add-on activities also enjoyable.
No coffee machine in room - considering cost per night would have thought a complementary coffee in the morning would have been appreciated (outside of our breakfast sitting).
