Pros:

The room was very spacious, the view of the park and cathedral are grand. The breakfast was very good

Volvería al restaunrte , pero no al hotel

La ubicación es apropiada , está cerca de absolutamente todo , el restaurante del hotel es súper bueno !! Todo es rico y buenos precios

No me gustó del alojamiento , los olores a gases al parecer por ser un lugar de 130 años de historia las tuberías deben ser muy viejas por qué el mal olor salía por las rejillas del baño , a pesar que el baño estaba muy limpio !! Todo estaba impecable
Pero ese olor de los gases salían de las tuberías eso nos incomodó mucho
También en nuestra habitación el piso, sonaba muy feo pienso que deberían restaurar la madera
El TV de la habitación esta por la mitad bicolor está ya dañado los leds
Deberían revisar y tomar en consideración
Por que el lugar realmente es bonito pero estos detalles me hicieron cambiar de opinión al respecto
Y si viajan con personas de 3era edad como en mi caso ! No se alojen allí yo viaje con mi mamá y tuvo q subir 4 pisos las escaleras son muy cansadas !

El hotel es increíble, las instalaciones hermosas, se siente mucha tranquilidad, el desayuno muy rico. Al estar ubicado
Pros:

Habitación amplia, cómoda y confortable, lo mejor era poder abrir la ventana y tener la increíble vista del balcón.

Cons:

Por estar ubicado en pleno centro y al ser Cuenca una ciudad activa en las noches, fue inevitable escuchar el ruido de la calle y despertar en las madrugadas por esta razón.

A localização é excelente, no coração do centro histórico de Cuenca. É uma grande vantagem, mas também pode ser um problema para quem quer silêncio absoluto para dormir à noite. O quarto, no entanto, era bem espaçoso com uma excelente vista para a catedral.

Cons:

O banheiro é minúsculo e o box para a ducha é o menor que eu já vi. A cama não era uma das mais confortáveis. Havia um afundamento no colchão e isso causava dores nas costas.
