Ich hatte das Hotel am 28.02. für 2 Nächte im Juli für den Beginn unserer Rundreise gebucht. Bereits 1 Tag danach hatte ich darum gebeten, eine der beiden Nächte auf das Ende unserer Rundreise umzubuchen.
Die Hotelleitung ermöglichte es nicht! Und das, obwohl zwischen der Buchung und der Anfrage nur wenige Stunden lagen.
Unsere Route musste geändert werden.
Wir wollten 1 Nacht am Anfang und 3 Nächte am Ende in Reykjavik schlafen.
Nach der schlechten Bereitschaft haben wir die 3 Nächte am Ende woanders gebucht.

Noch 2x habe ich vorab das Hotel um eine Stornierung oder Umbuchung der Nacht gebeten, die Nachrichten wurden ignoriert und ich bekam keine Antwort.

Wir reisten an. Das Zimmer war bezogen auf die Größe eine Frechheit für 1 Paar mit jugendlichen Kind. Sauber war es auch nicht.
Am Morgen informierte ich das Hotel, dass wir um 9 Uhr abgereist sind.
Wieder keine Reaktion.

Stur wurde uns am nächsten Tag eine Standard E Mail geschickt.

Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und haben nun 643 Euro für eine Nacht in einem extrem kleinen Zimmer bezahlt.

Very nice!
Pros:

Clean, quiet rooms. Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants.

Cons:

TV didn’t get a signal and nobody was around to help us. No staff after housekeeping leaves.

出现一次其他客人按密码进错房间，之前朋友还出现其他客人按了密码开门的情况，请酒店在此方面改进，另外退房那天在一楼发现有老鼠，行李寄存处门口有面墙有个小洞，老鼠就是从那里出入的，请酒店及时灭鼠，谢谢。

The location is unbeatable, it’s across the street from a major supermarket and 5 min from the walk on the coast . The room was spacious and clean .

Sopiva kävelymatka keskustaan. BSI terminaalikin oli hyvällä säällä kävelymatkan päässä.
