Cons:

We paid for breakfast, and asked at 2pm if we could get it earlier as our plane was very early. They replied, saying that they needed to know how many persons we were, they were supposed to know that as we booked in advance. I replied 14 minutes after their reply, then no more reply. We paid for a service, didnt get it, and left with no refund and answer in this ghost hotel. Unacceptable !

My stay may have been better but these people have terrible staff who are unempathetic. I reached out for early check in
Pros:

It was well located not to bad a walking distance from the major sights

Cons:

The room was really small compared to the picture angles online. If you have bigger boxes those will be hard to navigate

No teníamos desayuno incluido pero decidimos desayunar en el hotel por temas de itinerarios. Deberían permitir ver el desayuno antes de pagar.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

The location was pretty good and easy to walk to downtown. I also liked the entry code method to enter the building and room.

Cons:

For the price this place was a joke. The bathroom was horrendous, the toilet is literally in the shower and you have to move the toilet paper while taking a shower or it will get soaked. I am a small person and yet I couldn’t take a shower without the curtain sticking to me the whole time. And the constant construction inside the building from early morning to nighttime was so loud and annoying, none of this was disclosed at booking which it should have been. And the breakfast was just as atrocious as the rest of the experience - for being at such a nice restaurant it was garbage. Clearly the just went to the grocery store down the street and buy some packaged cheap stuff, including cheap watery yogurt (not even Skyr). For over $200 per night this place was a rip off.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, good for a short stay. Thanks for letting us leave the luggage after checking out.

The only note - our entrance code didn't work later when we wanted to pick up our luggage. So we had to ask other people to open the luggage storage room for us.

Die Lage war okei, der Rest nicht.
Cons:

Das Bett haben wir Dreckig, voller Haare und mit Flecken überseht vorgefunden. Auch die Madratze war voller Haare und der Schutz voller gelber Flecken.
Ebenfalls wurden wir um 08.00 Uhr morgens von Bauarbeitern am Fenster geweckt weil sie diese geschliffen und gestrichen haben. Das komolette Hotel war im Umbau und es wäre nett gewesen, wäre man darüber informiert worden und die Arbeiten aussen an den Zimmern/Fenster nach dem Check-Out begonnen hätten.
