没什么满意的。
订房时没发现是自助酒店。半夜抵达才知道是自助的。订了两间房，一间双人，一间三人，订房时的图片三人间是三张床，结果一间两张单人床，另一间是两张单人合并床。幸亏一个是孩子，挤了一晚。

They were so helpful having a place we could leave luggage both before and after we checked in. And they were very responsive to questions about various things, such as if there was a grocery store nearby. Having access to a breakfast place was nice as well.
It was good for us. If I had booked earlier we might have been able to have a larger bed, but the singles worked fine.
The bed, couch, and views. Floor space was also awesome.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Reykjavík, and everything we needed was available. The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great and we were very happy with our stay.
