Tres bon hôtel mais doit faire un effort pour être à l’écoute des besoins des clients

Le personnels était très bien a l’écoute et serviable

Cons:

Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que la Tv pas de chaînes. J’attends toujours que le coffre soit réparer pour mettre en sécurité mes objets

The location is excellent. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

There is no shelf in the bathroom, we put the toiletries bag on the floor. There is no place to put a suitcase. The safe is locked and not working. No blankets. The first time we asked, we were told there were none (?) and we got 2 sheets, they promised us the next day we would have 2 blankets and we got 2 sheets again But the staff is so nice and tries hard that it makes up for the inconvenience a little.

Excellent small boutique hotel - very good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location - quite easy to find. Lovely comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Central location. Helpful polite staff.

Cons:

Water temperature in the shower varies from hot to cold a lot (without touching the taps!). The bar staff did not understand what a Gin and Tonic was - plenty of gin but no tonic. We used lemonade instead.

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location, very pleasant staff, lovely spotlessly clean rooms & reception area. Beds really comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, mainly continental - would have liked a bit more variety.

Good value for money in the city centre
Pros:

Location is great - you're right in the city centre and everything is by walking distance
Room was pretty spacious and comfortable (especially the bathroom)
Also there is a terrace to enjoy your breakfast in a nice garden

Cons:

I won't call it a "Boutique Hotel" - the setting is pretty average and small renovations could be implemented (like wall paint is scratched here and there)
Bed matres was absolutely not to my liking - it's just way too soft

Muito bem localizado. Um atendimento de excelência. Proximidade dos pontos de recolha dos circuitos agendados. O espaço exterior é ótimo para relaxar no fim de um dia cansativo. Os funcionários são cinco estrelas, deram nos o quarto antes da hora pelo nosso visível cansaço. Recomendamos. A varanda do nosso quarto era excelente!!
