Great value for the price. Don't expect fancy and you won't be disappointed.
Pros:

Very reasonable price! Good location.
Old building that could use do updating but kept clean. If that keeps the pricing low, I can deal without the upgrades. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The USB ports didn't charge our phones.
Only 1 outlet by the TV charged using our blocks, but the blocks got very hot.

Good Location, no announcement please
Pros:

The location is the best part of this Inn. Very close to stores and sight and sound theater

Cons:

For safety, When checking in they announced my room number out loud around other guest checking in. I had to request for a different room .

Pros:

Breakfast is very very simple, bread, bagels, coffee, tea and banana only.
No protein, no others.
Below expectation

Cons:

Breakfast was limited to 3 cereals and some bread items. Had coffee, juice, milk and tea for beverages. Could do a little better with the breakfast like fresh fruit maybe some yogurts, muffins and some instant oatmeal packets.

Pros:

Seemed clean , close to restaurants esp waffle house...

Cons:

Adjoining door was unlocked , had to call someone to lock ( deadbolt), no hair dryer in bathroom, walls are very thin. Would not stay again. Actually ended our stay a day early
Breakfast was banana, cereal coffee.. went next door to waffle House for a real breakfast.

Problematic, but issues resolved quickly
Pros:

Upon check in everything was as expected. It was on first floor. However the room key would not work for me or desk person. Requested 1st floor. Had to change room to 2nd floor. The tv would not work and almost had to change rooms again, but eventually tv started working. Lights over 1 bed did not work either. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very apologetic and helpful. After those few glitches I still would stay again. Also close to Sights and Sounds theatre.
