bed was comfortable, towels good quality, shampoo and shower gel as well

Cons:

no window in the room - none. Most motels have a window, how is this even possible for a 3 star hotel for $273 a night
A/C unit's cover had fallen off, and the thermostat was highly inaccurate.
Street parking only, luckily i found a street parking spot as I arrived late, nothing in front of the hotel but it was nearby

Horrible not recommended.

Cons:

Room next to me was smoking at 2am that smell going into the vents into my room. Slamming doors, tv loud all night. Mentioned to staff the next morning general manger never called me as they said he would. My room was also not the cleanest. I say stay away from this hotel.

Room was freezing upon entry
Pros:

Just checked in to this hotel. Hallways are cold. Ok maybe rooms are better. No even worse. Room thermostat showing 56 degrees an icebox. At least room is nice size. Think I was able to get thermostat working. But disappointing no one caught this before guest checked in.

Convenient location and walkable to MVP arena
Pros:

Location was great, near lots of restaurants and the mvp arena. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most hotels that include it with the room price.

It’s just a very dated hotel. Keep your expectations low. I stayed for business. Staff is very nice and professional.
Pros:

I rated it a 2 star experience because my room was small and the decor was very dated and tired. The staff are professional and courteous. I was there for a one night business trip.

Staff was really kind, rooms were clean .

Cons:

The rooma needed some maintenance. Little things like the curtain rod in the bathroom was pulled out of the tile wall at some point, and never fixed correctly. A handyman would be able to monitor and fix the room..

Cons:

The front desk manager doesn't belong in hospitality. I spoke with him 3 times in one week prior to my stay. The first time he asked me to call in the morning because he just clocked in. It was like pulling teeth talking with him.
