Terrible experience
Pros:

I made a reservation through a national third party site months ago. When I arrived and started to check in, the manager casually handed my ID back and stated “we canceled your reservation”. I had already paid for the reservation. He told me they were overbooked and I could call the third party site to try to find accommodations for the night. The hotel did not contact me or the third party site prior to the moment I tried to check in. The manager was callous and unhelpful. It was a very bad experience. To make matters worse, there is no parking so I had to pay for parking at a nearby garage while being told I had no hotel room (and scrambling to find alternate accommodations).

It’s a decent stay to go to for a good price . Gets the job done. Beds were comfy bathroom is nice and the room and hote

It was close and in walking distance to the Event arena

Cons:

Got a room with no window so it felt like a storage room. The hallways were hot so the whole establishment had no AC except the rooms and the lobby. And there’s no parking you have to park on the garage.

Marriott can do better.
Pros:

In walking distance to the concert venue.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was shabby and the shower was grimy. The lamp was missing a lampshade and the pillows were wrapped in plastic and not comfortable at all. No parking available. The hotel does not provide a parking option other than a public lot not related to the hotel. No valet parking option available either which makes unloading with a family challenging to say the least. Additionally, the rooms were not ready at the agreed upon check in time.

bed was comfortable, towels good quality, shampoo and shower gel as well

Cons:

no window in the room - none. Most motels have a window, how is this even possible for a 3 star hotel for $273 a night
A/C unit's cover had fallen off, and the thermostat was highly inaccurate.
Street parking only, luckily i found a street parking spot as I arrived late, nothing in front of the hotel but it was nearby
