ESTANCIA CORRECTA, AUNQUE ESPERABAMOS MAS DE UN HILTON
Pros:

La habitación estaba bien insonorizada y contaba con nevera y cafetera con cápsulas.
El personal muy amable, está muy cerca del metro y nos permitieron dejar las maletas gratuitamente el día de salida.
Además la fianza nos fue devuelta al momento después del check out

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas, pero ya sabíamos.
Los ascensores fueron realmente un problema, uno de los dos estuvo averiado durante gran parte de nuestra estancia.
Y en ocasiones tuvimos que utilizar las escaleras.

The location was good, considering how crowded Queens and NYC is.

Cons:

The breakfast was not complementary as promised by booking. the hotel has 2 elevators, but only one was working. It takes a long time to reach the 11th floor.

Very pleased with my stay - would definitely stay again
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, particularly Shavon and Jo. They made sure I had everything I needed, and also helped me printing out a few document pages I needed.

The location was excellent for my purposes - enabled easy access to Queens where I was working in the week, but also easy access to Manhattan for trips out. Nice to have the green just outside as well.

The breakfast was good - fresh fruit, juices, pastries, toast, scrambled egg, hot potato, sausages, and other bits I can't remember.

The room was nice and clean - had everything I needed. The shower was very powerful - much appreciated.

I had stayed a night previously at Hyatt Grand Central, which was not far off double the price, and much preferred my stay at the Hilton - I would highly recommend.

Cons:

The gym was OK but not great. Only 1 of the 3 treadmills was working. There are free weights and a single bench, so if there is more than one person in the gym, it feels a bit busy. Not a major issue - great to have a gym at least.

The fridge in my room was quite noisy - I just unplugged it overnight.

The trains outside were audible, but not too bad. I think there will be noise anywhere you stay in New York.
