Excellent location for me travelling by train. Close to the station, the sea front and the shops.
The room was spotless with white bedding & towels. There was a fridge which was very useful, good size TV, big shower, spacious bathroom.
Good curtains blocked out the light fairly well.
Shower was tricky to get warm water.
I was greeted with a lovely breeze from a fan when I got in the room which was so welcome, the room was a small double I like this room nice and compact, the breakfast was good as always, so easy to arrive and depart with no fuss, get the codes all is good, will stay there again when in Cleethorpes

Les mails très précis reçus pour prendre possession de la chambre ainsi que la gentillesse et l'empathie de la personne que nous avons rencontré le lendemain matin. Elle a été aux petits soins afin de nous offrir un full english breakfast parfait.
Le prix pratiqué pour la petite chambre (munie d'un petit réfrigérateur) était top.
Le matelas du lit penche légèrement d'un côté.... Mais rien de méchant.
Lovely clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location. Literally 2 minutes walk to the shops/bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes to the beach. Excellent value for money, we will visit again!

Lovely room, comfy bed, very clean. Facilities excellent, just like a hotel. Great to walk 2 mins to promenade and beach. Easy entry and exit.
More milk in bedroom for tea/coffee.
