Customer Service not a lost art at this Drury hotel!
Pros:

While we love all the Drury locations, this one in particular stood out because of the staff. They called us by name throughout our stay, they were always ready to go above and beyond and always had an amazing attitude no matter what "role" they were. We will be booking at this location again and again!

Great property and value.
Pros:

Great location near freeway and restaurants. The pool and gym were very nice. The small restaurant and dining area were great. Property and room were extremely clean.

Cons:

There seemed to be a lot of people at the pool that we suspected weren’t guests of the hotel. However, it was still very comfortable.

The Drury hotel is not a dreary place to stay.
Pros:

Both the breakfast and evening snack/drinks were surprisingly good, well done Drury!

Cons:

I have nothing against pets but I guess I didn’t realize we were staying in a pet friendly hotel, so didn’t particularly enjoy all the pets in the hotel especially during breakfast and the happy hour.

Drury Hotel Tempe, Arizona is a wonderful hotel that gives you a lot of value for your money.
Pros:

My stay at the Drury Hotel Tempe, Arizona was wonderful. The location is great and not far from the airport. Upon check-in the front desk staff was very friendly and wonderful. The room was really nice and the entire hotel appearance was kept up very nice. The whole staff that works at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. This hotel have a great breakfast buffet and evening Kickback dinner that is absolutely awesome, which is included with your stay. I encountered a problem with my refrigerator and it was replaced right away. I also noticed that there were a lot of guests traveling through to stay at this hotel, and everyone seemed very friendly and from talking with them, they enjoyed the service and their stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend the Drury Hotel Tempe, Arizona because it is a wonderful place to stay while traveling and the value that you get for your money is worth it. As I continue to travel, I will continue to stay and check out other Drury Hotels because I like staying at hotels that know how to appreciate their guests.
