La recepción bien, la señora del aseo que no entregó la habitación bien, pero una señora otra señora del aseo al día siguiente se puso brava por qué le pedimos 5 minutos para salir para que ella pudiera hacer el aseo.
I was able to check in early and I love d the cafe!
Major construction going on but it’s nothing anyone could have done about it
Niente!!
Hotel mal tenuto, poco pulito ed abbiamo avuto un dolce risveglio tra le cimici del letto. Siamo scappati velocemente.
Lovely hotel with quick access to Miami Beach. We were greeted warmly and checked in by Ariel. He was very courteous and professional. Our accommodations are comfortable and very clean. This is a great location to enjoy Miam Beach.
This place is really nice. Ariel at the front desk was very helpful and friendly
Ariel @ F. Desk was very empathetic, and professional. He went beyond and turned in a stressful situation from another hotel to a positive experience. We truly appreciate his exceptional service!
Clean place
Nothing
The location!
Although room is clean, it is small and we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room to make the room cooler, so it was a bit stuffy. Parking is expensive.
Food was better than expected! Thanks guys!
Ariel is a very helpful and kind front desk agent. Highly recommend him, good customer service
Loved it! Ariel helped me out big time. I was a little overwhelmed, and he made it much better. Thanks so much!
I went with my daughter on a short business trip. When we checked in early evening we were exhausted and the front desk agent, Ariel was more than helpful. From parking to restaurant ideas, he came through! That means a lot to us. Excellent staff at the front desk and room was perfect. Thank you Miami Hilton Garden Inn!
The stuff was very helpful and nice and the rooms were clean and fresh
The breakfast was not 15 dollars like the promotion said
Adam is the most talented and professional front desk Agent I have ever seen, he a vgreat worker.!!!!
I had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing especially Mrs Carolina!!!!! She made both our check in and check out experience feel like we we were at home. She was pleasant and helpful. A wonderful end to our cruise vacation. The facility literally would feel less welcoming if she were to leave. I hope to see her again on my next stay in Miami!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The location was conveniently close to the shore. Walking distance to the beach and comfort. Hotel was clean and well stocked with body wash and lotion. A quiet and upscale atmosphere. Rooms were quiet and cozy. Very close quarters as you would expect in Miami Beach ocean front property.
Pricing was competitive but definitely a value for Hilton property. Very pleased overall.
