Very comfortable and lovely facitilies.
Pros:

A lovely hotel. I particularly liked the hamper with things you might need such as shower capes, cotton buds, toothpaste, toothbrush etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

Almost perfect!
Pros:

We love Bel and The Dragon. This was a return visit. Lovely helpful staff. Great food and wine. Super comfortable bed. Complimentary tipple. Great coffee machine. Excellent shower.

Cons:

The only thing that really didn't work for me was the wifi. We were in Room Oriana and I really couldn't get any signal on laptop or phone and had to resort to my hotspot. I needed to work so it was inconvenient. The last time I was there I had no problem.

Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Lovely pub with rooms upstairs. Rooms were spacious and really well designed. With lovely touches from gin in the room to great bath products. Very calming to walk in with Classic FM playing.

Cons:

Service at breakfast was a little slow - they seemed to have more guests than staff ready to take orders. The buffet was a little basic - with only a few types of fruits on offer. Can be a little noisy as it's a pub downstairs.

A well located inn with great facilities and service.
Pros:

We had breakfast at the inn, which was served in a very pleasant room. The choice and quality of food was first class. The place has great charm and excellent facilities and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room and bed were on the small side, which we knew about and found acceptable. The decor and the heavy lamp shades made the room quite dark, which affected our enjoyment somewhat.

Pros:

Beautifully decorated, a fan in the room which was very useful for the weather. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not many options on the buffet breakfast, however lots of options for cooked breakfasts. Drinks were on the pricey side.

Really enjoyed it and hope to visit again
Pros:

Family room is great, worked well having separate adult & kids spaces. Breakfast was delicious & great variety. Lovely little touches to the pub / accommodation throughout.

Cons:

The family room is above the pub entrance, when it’s cooler and windows are shut that wouldn’t be a problem however it was a heatwave when we stayed & with the windows open it was noisy until closing.

Flexible checkin, they though of all the small things which make walking into the room a great experience. Excellent breakfast. Great Staff
