Room, location and staff
Nothing
Staff helpful, my wife is vegan they arranged special vegan breakfast for her, thank you
Had a fantastic stay (3d2n) The service was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
De enorme attente crew die je verwelkomt en gedurende je verblijf alles doet om het naar je zin te maken.
Jammer dat er geen buitenzwembad is. Verder niks te klagen.
I had a wonderful staying in Little Residence.
Shout out to Sol, May, Alice, Tracy, Vivi and Hana from front desk, they always greeted me with beautiful smile. They advise many activities to do.
Room is so large with nice balcony. Location is very close to oldtown.
I will comeback next year.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with 10 minutes walk to Old Town.
We found the hotel very clean and it's in a great location. It's also very in keeping with the beautiful old town. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
5 stars for Little Residence Hotel, the breakfast really delicious, staff so kind
Every thing is perfect here. I like the room, breakfast, the atmosphere in here. All staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
Good location, staff very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, room was a good size, good value for money.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable
Eccellente hotel and staff very friendly and kind. I recommend it
Very convenient to the old quarter of Ho ani.
Needs an outdoor pool
Location was good.
Every staff was kind and full of hospitality.
The cooking class was fun but the food was too much and I felt sorry.
The view and the location is nice the location is near at the night market and so fun to walk around you have many things to do specially at night
The room is nice too. I love there bathroom
You got a welcome drink on arrival it was walking distance to all of the shops the mattress was comfortable, the staff spoke English, great selection for breakfast. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it was always busy. While I was a bit annoyed, it was my own fault. I left my bulk medication in the wardrobe and don't remember doing it anyway completely my fault and left it behind. It took me 3 days of carrying around an empty cabin bag before I needed to top up and realised I'd left it somewhere. I'd been to a further 3 hotels since then. When I called them they said they had it. The annoying part it had my name, address and phone number on the prescription medication and they didn't send a message to say I'd left it behind. They also had all my details.
They went out of their way to get it to me but that took a further 3 days and a change of plans my end having to extend my stay. However, they could have just denied having it but they didn't so full credit to them for going that extra mile. The room and the hotel was spotless.
Read above but totally my doing.
Also not my room. I had a balcony and a nice view but if you got an internal room there's no view and it felt like an inside cabin on a ship but on the flipside the room was kept cooler. I only know this as I had a sneaky peak after the room was vacated and cleaned
Where can I start, from the moment we got picked up at the train station in De Nang by a beautiful car and then arrival at the hotel with a welcoming brownie and an orange juice and a towel.
A warm welcome from Hanna who gave us our room key.
The room was amazing down to the rose petals on the bed and the balcony overlooking the crossroads where I nightly watched the scooter.
Breakfast was amazing , the dishes changing constantly daily and Emily the Asst F&B manager made us welcome every morning.
The hotel was perfectly located and the complimentary bus to the beach was great.
The spa which we indulged in once and the pool was great a calm and cooling break from the outside heat.
Aswell as Hanna and Emily we were made welcome by Tracey and Sol who always came up and said hello and showed genuine interest in what we had been doing or what we were going to do.
Housekeeping was so exceptional with the room serviced daily if required.
My background is hotel management and this hotel has a beating heart, it is alive and has character and that atmosphere is all made by the amazing and genuine kindness of the staff.
So to Emily, Hannah, Tracey and Sol for not just giving us the perfect stay for our holiday but creating a memory that we will never forget.
We will be back .
Chris & Heidi
Our room was good, bed was comfortable
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
The biggest disappointment was the laundry service. We sent our clothes for dry cleaning, and they came back in terrible condition. They were still dirty, heavily sprayed with perfume to mask the smell, wrinkled, and clearly had not been properly cleaned. It was obvious that they had not been washed as promised. On top of that, two of my T-shirts came back with holes in them. Our clothes were simply ruined.
The “included massage” advertised with the package was also misleading. There was hardly any availability at the spa, and the massage itself was far below expectations.
Breakfast looked impressive at first glance, but the quality was extremely poor. Many items lacked freshness, and even the fruit had a strong onion smell, most likely because it had been cut with the same knife used for onions. It completely ruined the taste. The breakfast buffet appeared extensive but offered very little in terms of quality.
Another frustrating issue was the room service. We were unexpectedly woken up around 8:30 a.m. by staff, which completely disrupted our morning.
The worst part, however, happened at check-out. We had already settled every bill, including all extras, and were literally sitting in the taxi on our way to the airport. A member of the reception staff came to “say goodbye,” but instead asked whether we had drunk the two complimentary bottles of water in the room and demanded an additional 30,000 VND if we had. After everything we had already experienced and after paying a significant amount for our stay, being stopped in the taxi over two bottles of water was honestly unbelievable. It was a petty and embarrassing way to end an already terrible experience.
This hotel looks much better in photos than it is in reality.
