A wonderful hotel, especially if cleanliness is one of your top priorities.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old daughter. The room was spacious and very clean, with fresh bed linen, towels and bathrobes. A baby cot was also provided for our daughter.

The room has a proper desk and workspace, which is very convenient if you need to work on your laptop during your stay.

There is a swimming pool and gym on the lower floor. The gym has everything you need for a workout, and fresh towels are provided by the pool, which is very convenient. Most importantly, there was no damp, musty or moldy smell at all — everything felt clean and fresh.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of hot dishes, meat, fruit, juices and plenty of options for both adults and children.

A special thank you to Tracy and Vivi at reception ❤️ They were incredibly friendly and helpful and always responded to our requests immediately. Our daughter loved them so much that every morning she tried to finish breakfast quickly so she could go and see her “friends” at reception 😊

We have stayed in more than 10 hotels in Vietnam, and Little Residence Hoi An genuinely exceeded our expectations.

The rooms may not be the newest, but the cleanliness and level of service are excellent.

We would definitely stay here again!
