Just a perfect place that feels like a beautiful home.
Pros:

Exceptional. I’ve stayed at the Ritz, Four Seasons and other fine hotels that don’t touch the service, decore and ambiance. The thoughtful gifts they give you to spray your beautiful sheets is one example and the attention to detail everywhere is so sweet. We were so sick with stomach bugs and the manager allowed us to stay longer, the chef brought us homemade ginger tea on a beautiful display. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s wealthy home. The drawing room upstairs with wood paneling and the honesty bar. This place is elegant, charming,homey and feels like a big warm hug.

Dreamy time as family in west end
Pros:

10 of us stayed and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Ben, Nicky, Ju -young, Eddie, Filipo, and entire team! We felt welcomed and cared for as though we are celebrities. None of us remember heads hitting pillows as beds too comfy and cozy. Perfectly situated near the theatre district and shopping and historical monuments and galleries.

Fabulous overall experience
Pros:

My daughter and I recently were guests at The Covent Garden Hotel for Four nights. We had heard wonderful things about it and it exceeded our expectations. Worth noting are the lovely room, the stunning decor and the kindness and responsiveness of the front desk staff. The concierge went above and beyond to help us secure tickets to a sold out exhibition. I have traveled globally for over 50 years and stayed at many luxury properties and the overall experience my daughter and I had at The Covent Garden Hotel stands out as one of the best. I look forward to future stays there .

A gorgeous hotel within a central location
Pros:

The location was perfect, as I had booked to see a West End show. It is beautifully decorated with stunning attention to detail. My room was clean, well looked after and as a solo traveller I felt safe and looked after by the whole team who were wonderfully kind and attentive. I’m so glad I booked this hotel and will most definitely be returning

Il design, lo staff del ricevimento ed il ragazzo dell’accoglienza in ingresso - fantastico. Non ingessato, professionale e sempre presente.

Cons:

La colazione non include il pane - come in qualsiasi altro paese. Forse un abitudine che noi non conoscevamo Abbiamo ordinato il pane ma e’ arrivato quando non ci eravamo già alzati. ( probabilmente addebitato ugualmente)
Se avete la camera che dà sulla strada non si può aprire la finestra perché è’ molto rumoroso, in più c’è un cantiere di fronte e passano parecchi camion.

Gorgeous stay, most British place ever. Fantastic location.

Stunning and incredible design, authentic and amazing. Healthy food. Fascinating historical building. Exceptional attic suit.

Cons:

A bit small, plenty of stairs, some pieces of furniture are rather beautiful than comfortable. Extra beds for kids were very uncomfortable (bad mattress).
