Absolutely fantastic hotel
Pros:

The room was super clean with an amazingly comfortable bed, and housekeeping looked after us twice a day. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety. The entire staff- from reception to housekeeping was so polite and helpful. They went above and beyond for us.
P.S. Thank you for the birthday treat.

Cons:

We weren't informed about the accomodation service charged ( 23.94 per day).

Das Hotel ist bezaubernd, liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse, 5 Minuten von der Ubahnstation Knightsbridge entfernt (und Harrods)
Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem englischen Landhaus. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

I highly recommend this place and will return with great pleasure. It is located on a quiet street, offers free parking
Pros:

What I loved most was the staff's service and their attention to my child. They provided cute white slippers, a terry bathrobe, a bath set, a cozy blanket in the crib, and even milk with cookies before bedtime. The interior deserves special mention—the custom-designed furniture, paintings, and decor items are beautiful. The cleanliness is top-notch! The breakfast was absolutely magnificent! Our room was 405- perfect view and housekeeper service , Luba was so lovely and attentive.

Great room, but, poor customer service.
Pros:

Nice canopy views of trees and excellent air conditioning. Front desk staff were very kind and thoughtful.

Cons:

Since we were sleeping during turn down services, we were not furnished with complimentary water or clean linens. When we returned back to our room, we were told that there would be an extra charge for water, since we left a "Do not disturb" sign on door". We had traveled over 30 hrs. to get to this hotel, and the weather was a blistering 100 degrees that day, I felt even more, that this was an unreasonable charge. We also learned that breakfast was not included? I felt that the water should have been quietly delivered when we called for water to our room without an extra charge. The front desk staff was very helpful, despite these nonsensible rules from House keeping.
