Service
6.2
Generally negative balance: multiple reports of unfriendly or rude staff (specific complaint about reception staff), poor enforcement of rules and inconsistent helpfulness, though some guests describe friendly/helpful staff at times.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised: excellent location, great views, walking distance to bars/restaurants and direct beach access; repeatedly listed as a main positive.

Won’t be coming here again
Pros:

It is good location right in the beach

Cons:

The hot tub room does not have an actual hot tub, the water don’t head it up and it is dirty and broken tub. No explanation from the staff. Super weird how the site says that the original price is over $1000 and I thought I got a great 50% deal hence why I picked this hotel, but if this hotel actually listed as $1000, i dont think the value line up with whats offered. Watch out order watermelon juice from the hotel, it’s just red colored water.

Pros:
