Séjour agréable de quelques jours à Cancun
Pros:

Les piscines à débordement avec un cocktail à la main. Les lits confortables et les chambres propres avec vue sur la mer. Les repas sur place sont corrects.

Cons:

L'entrée en voiture manque de visibilité pour y accéder, nous avons dû faire un tour de la zone hôtelière et retrouver l'entrée pour pouvoir y accéder.

Pros:

The Hotel was not what we expected. Water in the hallways in front of the elevators.
Only 1 blanket on the bed.
But the worst was the staff who was mostly not very friendly , especially Jose at reception. Never in my life have i dealt with such a rude person at a hotel. How on earth he works their only he will know. When i confronted him about his attititude and that i"m going to give a bad review, his answer was just, "i don"t care".

Second Floor balcony with jacuzzi
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to the bars, dance clubs and restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was not the hot but jets work perfectly. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great view of the ocean.

Great location, service was not good.
Pros:

The location was great amd the view was great as well.

Cons:

Fees for everything! They won't let you take drinks or food into the pool area because they want you to spend at their bar, but then they close it at 5 pm ON A SATURDAY. They asked us to move to the beach area if we had food or drinks, we moved to the shaded area they provide and guess what? They kicked us out of there as well. They told us we couldn't used them if we were not consuming food or alcohol from the hotel. We had to move like 20 feet closer to the beach. Will not be staying there again.
