Готель невеликий, персонал уважний. але ми не знали, що поруч залізничні коліі і ввечері поїзди дуже гучно шуміли (нам видали беруші) - звук ніби чайник закипає, шумить і зривається біля вашого ліжка. В 24год ніби шум зменшився або ми заснули і вже не чули, але в 7 год шум розбудив. Сніданок не поганий, але вибір мінімальний.

Cons:

Шум від поїздів не сподобався.

Hotel muy bien, ubicación no muy bien. Ducha no adaptada.
Pros:

La comodidad y el espacio son excelentes así como la cocina completa, frigo, fregadero, etc. También la disposición de la mesa de comedor, 4 camas, etc. El desayuno es excelente. Buffet.

Cons:

La situación del hotel está un poco alejada y con una vía de tren delante, como será que el hotel te da tapones para los oídos. La ducha no está adaptada.

Hotel decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, al lado del barrio judío. Supermercados,tiendas y restaurantes alrededor.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no estaban limpias, nada más entrar nos encontramos pelos en las camas y el suelo bastante sucio. No nos limpiaron la habitación ningún día de la estancia ni nos cambiaron las toallas aún dejando el cartel en la puerta para que nos la limpiasen.

Pros:

Great experience! The room was really clean and spacious enough for 3 people that we where. The beds where really nice and comfy! The hotel location is also great, it is really close to old town center and tourist attractions (1min walk max from Royal Castle) but without all the crowd fuss. Breakfast was very good too! Totally recommended and will stay there again if I visit Krakow again!

Nothing, everything was great!

Pros:

Lokacija geroje vietoje, pusryčiai negausūs bet skanūs ir užtenka. Langus uždarius jokių miesto garsų . Didziausias minusas tai nepatogios pagalvės prikimštos skudurais baltos sinteponines ir dvigulė lova sustumta iš dviejų atskirų lovo, dėl ko didelis tarpas per vidurį ir sukelia nepatogumų dviems.

Pros:

Lokalizacja, czystość, świeże i smaczne produkty na śniadaniu ( choć nie było zbyt szerokiego wyboru, głodni nie chodziliśmy), przemiły i pomocny personel, wszystko, co trzeba w pokoju i kuchence, wygodne materace, cisza, klimatyzacja, woda butelkowana w pokoju

Cons:

Zsunięte łozka się rozsuwaly, może lepszym rozwiązaniem będzie duże prześcieradło, w kuchni wszystko ok, ale dość surowy wystrój, problem ze znalezieniem miejsca w jadalni , tylko raz dostaliśmy żele pod prysznic i szampony

Boa localização, quarto espaçoso e bom pequeno-almoço, mas limpeza do quarto muito insuficiente.
Pros:

Gostei da localização do hotel, do pequeno-almoço e do facto de o quarto ser bastante espaçoso.

Cons:

Não gostei da forma como foi feita a limpeza do quarto. As senhoras da limpeza limitavam-se a colocar toalhas lavadas e a puxar os lençóis da cama, sem fazer uma verdadeira limpeza.
No segundo dia, deixei chávenas usadas no quarto e não foram retiradas. A sanita ficou suja e, quando cheguei, continuava por limpar, tendo sido eu própria a limpá-la. Deixei também cair alguns papéis no chão e permaneceram lá, sem que o chão fosse devidamente limpo. Até os pequenos frascos de champô que tinham caído no chuveiro continuaram no mesmo sítio durante todo o dia.
Além disso, não repuseram champô nem gel de banho, só o fizeram no dia seguinte.
Considero, por isso, que a limpeza do quarto foi claramente insuficiente e ficou muito aquém do que seria esperado num hotel.
