kahvaltı çeşitliliği iyiydi. konum ne çok uzak ne çok yakın. otelin yemekleri gayet yeterliydi. suit odamızda minibar ücretsiz olması güzeldi.
housekeeping hizmeti zayıf. sadece yataklar toplanmıştı. camlar üstten bile açılmadığından havasızdı. bir bebeğim ve bir çocuğumla 1 saat erken geldik ama yardımcı olmadılar. odada en azından terlik olabilirdi. ekipmanlar yetersizdi.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Kinder haben ein kleines Geschenk bekommen. Das Zimmer war für uns 4 tiptop. Gute Grösse, Bad sehr gross und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Parking was very expensive
Es war sehr zentral und das Zimmer ruhig, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut.
Das Zimmer hatte einige sehr gut sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren und ein defekter Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer, was sehr unvorteilhaft war, da das Badezimmer eher dunkel ist mit Licht in der Ecke weit weg vom Spiegel. Die Zimmertüre knarrte sehr laut und klemmte beim zu schliessen. Leider wurden wir unfreundlich und kaum gegrüsst beim Checkin. Wir erhielten null Infos zum Hotel, beim Empfang, Zimmerkarte in sie Hand bekommen mit Nr. fertig. Sehr schlechte Werbung.
