Convenient location, clean, comfortable room
It has spacious room and well equipped with comfortable beds. Breakfast is also delicious and well organized. there is a small but nice lobby with kid play corner.
We stayed for 1 night, and everything was very good. The location is good, really close to the train station (to take the train to the airport and back).
Breakfast was great.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my feedback.
Overall, I appreciate the efforts of your staff, but unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay that affected our experience.
First, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly and the room remained warm throughout our stay. I informed the reception, and I was told that someone would come to fix it, but unfortunately no one ever came.
Second, the room was much smaller than we expected based on our reservation. I even spoke to the reception and told them that I was willing to pay extra to upgrade to a larger room if one was available. However, I was informed that the room we had was already the largest room they could offer.
Finally, during the last two days of our stay, housekeeping entered our room early in the morning, before around 9:30–10:00 a.m. They opened the door and only then called out to us. This was quite uncomfortable, especially since there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign or card provided in the room for guests to use.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as I believe these issues can be improved to provide a better experience for future guests.
