Pros:

Parking attendant was there helping us park and explaining the procedure - it felt almost like valet parking. Parking wasn't cheap but that's understandable considering the location in the city center, but the service was truly exceptional.

Ogólnie na plus. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Czas oczekiwania na zamówione Dania na kolację (zimne mięso w burgerze). Duży minus to chociażby podstawowych napojów w wykupionym pakiecie obiadokolacji, no woda z cytryną. Nie spodziewaliśmy się że w hotelu o tak wysokim standardzie do wykupionych obiadokolacji nie ma e zestawie niczego do picia.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo wysoko. Czyste pokoje, miła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja, różnorodne i smaczne śniadanie, możliwość parkingu. Co ważne przy przyjeździe, była osoba, która pomogła mi zaparkować na odpowiednim miejscu. Bardzo dobry hotel na pobyt w Bydgoszczy.

Bydgoszcz, którą zwiedzałem pierwszy raz, bardzo się nam podobała. Lokalizacja hotelu: doskonała.
Cons:

Mam 2 uwagi praktyczne, wpływające na bezpieczeństwo, np. przeciwpożarowe.
1. Na korytarzu są ściany lustrzane bez oznaczeń. W warunkach np. zadymienia osoba uciekająca może się nie zorientować, że widok korytarza jest odbiciem w lustrze. A nawet bez dymu łatwo o skaleczenie po zderzeniu z lustrem.
2. Podobna kategoria: na parterze przed drzwiami do klatki schodowej jest oznaczenie kobiety, mężczyzny, schody skierowane w dół. Skojarzenie, że jest tam tylko zejście do toalety piętro niżej. Tymczasem jest tam normalna klatka schodowa. Była taka sytuacja: przyjechała wycieczka, były oblężone 2 windy, szukałem schodów. Błąkałem się po parterze, trafiłem za zielonymi oznaczeniami do ... Sali Etiuda. Z trudem zorientowałem się jak wejść na piętro
