Pros:

Breakfast was at Tim Hortons, which was convenient. The hotel is in a great location. The staff at check-in were very friendly and provided us with lots of helpful recommendations on places to visit.

Pleasant and peaceful
Pros:

Overall a very good stay. Hotel is located at a central location near to all the attractions. Things that can be added to make the stay even more comfortable would be:

1. Charging sockets - we literally had to search for them
2. A Coffee table

Cons:

A long list. From.w wood bugs on the floor to the most insane woefully inadequate check-in policy and procedure. They have no staff for late check-in. No staff for check-out. Not even at 7am. Kind of a normal check-out time. But no staff. I forgot some toiletries in my room in the morning and could not get back in the room to get it because there no staff present to help me. Just a sign on the door saying, call this number if you have an emergency. Terrible service. They also called me numerous times the night before wanting to know what time I was coming so they could go home. Ridiculous. Never stay there. It's like you are in another country.

Pros:

The hotel had a pool, sauna, hot tub and a gym. It had random areas where you could sit and enjoy the hotel which I thought was nice. Beds were comfy and had a smart tv. Hotel met my expectations from the photos we saw when booking.

Cons:

The bath was pretty slippy to get in and out of so I would recommend a bath mat or something for safety. My partner and I are both early thirties but both found we had to be very cautious when grabbing a shower.

Really lovely hotel staff so helpful with recommendations

Heated pool jacuzzi and sauna access

Cons:

Nothing bad to say for a short visit to gibsons , if you stay longer I’d get a car because the bus service isn’t that frequent - not the hotels fault

Pros:

Stayed one night only, room was clean and spacious, it's an old hotel but nothing to complain for one night worked perfectly, and they gave us a Tim Horton's ticket for the breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard for me, but this is my preference if you like hard mattress you will be ok.
