Cons:

Alte Räumlichkeiten, fehlende Sonnenstoren im 5. Stock, Wasserschaden und stundenlang kein Wasser, keine Parkplätze.

Beautiful views with rooms that need updates
Pros:

Highs:
-most beautiful views from room looking at water and mountains
-centrally located
-delicious breakfast
-friendly waitstaff
Lows:
-AC barely worked, wouldn’t go below 77 degrees
-shower tiny
-mold on ceiling near AC
-one front desk staff member (PM) rude and dismissive of requests, one front desk staff member (AM) very kind and helpful
- remote for awning didn’t work got very hot in afternoon- helpful front desk person did it for us remotely from front desk. Other front desk employee never mentioned this option.

Location great, staff fantastic, room needs a little attention
Pros:

The location and the staff. Very good access to all local amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is tired. Rooms were exceptionally clean however, no facilities to make a hot a drink, no kettle or tea or coffee which even basic rooms usually have. hair dryer was like a hoover and of no use. Doors to the balcony scraped across the floor making an horrendous noise and the sage was broken. I booked 2 rooms and both sages in both room were broke.

Amazing location, but lacking in comfort and cleanliness.
Pros:

Location is absolutely incredible. Right on the water and very near the main square. We also loved the balcony off our room.

Cons:

The room was dated and not terribly clean. The walls were very dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. The AC unit was very old and filled our room with a terrible dank odour if we turned it on. When we arrived we noticed our minibar wasn’t working. We asked the staff if it was possible to have someone come look at it for us. They were ultimately unhelpful and nobody ever came to check out the minibar. We just went without for our stay.

Il personale è stato gentile e puntuale nell'ascoltare le mie richieste e dare consigli sul soggiorno

Pros:

Ottima posizione, stanza spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo. Colazione abbondante, varia e di qualità, personale gentile che si adopera per facilitare e accontentare la clientela. Posteggio privato (pagamento a parte) valore aggiunto in paesini come Lerici.

Cons:

Piccolo intoppo, la tenda da sole mancava del telecomando e non sinpoteva agire indipendentemente ma il personale si è impegnato a trovare una soluzione.
