Perfect hotel in Lerici
Pros:

What I really liked was that you can see the ocean from the room. My balcony had an ocean view. It was also really nice that the room had an AC, so it was easy to fall asleep. From the hotel you could walk out of the door to go for a swim in the ocean. Breakfast was also lovely.

Cons:

It was sometimes a bit noisy, the streets came alive at 7 in the morning. But this is to be expected in an older hotel. It was not really a problem though.

Super helpful, friendly staff. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel so close to the seafront and the sea is lovely.
Pros:

Brilliant location by the sea front and in the town centre. We were on a road trip and we were able to park safely not too far from the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was a little bit limited.

Ottima posizione di fronte al mare e in centro con tantissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi nelle vicinanze. Configurazione della camera funzionale. Buona colazione. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Ambiente forse un pochino datato. Ristorante dell’hotel non disponibile nel corso della settimana in cui ero presente in struttura. Necessità di prenotazione del parcheggio interno non segnalata sul sito.

The location is very good, a few meters from city center and walking distance from beaches.

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights and I was given a very old (not renovated) and uncomfortable room on the first floor. It was definitely not the one on the pictures . When I questioned they were able to change me for a much better room on the second floor completely renovated for the last 2 nights. My question is, what if I did not question them? The first room was really bad!

Cons:

The building was run down and outdated , our rooms were very dirty , bathroom was unclean , sink kept clogging , hallways were very dark , beds uncomfortable, staff not helpful Because there was only one person working . No coffee makers in room as advertised . It stated parking however it was 10 min away in a public parking lot .
