Alles gut, gern wieder
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung in dem Hotel. Es gab einen reibungsloser Ablauf, tolle und saubere Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis war super.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

It was quite difiicult to find the hotel by car, as it is in a pedestrians only street and there was no information, that there is no problem to drive in by car for hotel guests. Finally getting there there was a misunderstanding regarding my booking, first we received a single room instead of a doubble one. After giving us a doubble room nobody was helping me to move to the other room, though they were the ones, who made a mistake and it was quite uncomfortable to do it by myself with all my luggage and a small dog, as my husband arrived only later. Apart from that it was quite strange, that in the bar all drinks were warm.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad war toll - sogar mit Radio. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, was auch der Grund für die Hotelwahl war.

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil am Zimmer war die Erreichbarkeit ausschließlich über eine Treppe. Aber im "Altbau" in der Innenstadt geht es halt manchmal nicht anders.
Und die TG-Einfahrt kann man leicht übersehen. Ich spreche da aus Erfahrung. Ein Hinweis auf der Webseite wäre gut.

Very nice hotel in great location
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Bad Godesberg city center. Very nice rooms, super friendly staff and great breakfast.

Cons:

My room was quite hot, but we had very high temperatures. The room was small, but it had everything one needs and was very cozy.

Das Zimmer, das ich bekam, war leider nicht gereinigt nach den letzten Gästen (Bett zerwühlt, usw.). Als Ersatzzimmer konnte man mir nur ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage anbieten. Da ich aber ausdrücklich ein Angebot mit Klimaanlage gebucht hatte und es um 23 Uhr noch 34 Grad waren, wollte ich das nicht akzeptieren. Ich musste aber ziemlich deutlich werden, bevor man mir dann immerhin eine kostenlose Stornierung ermöglichte. Der Inhabe, den der Nachtportier anrief, benahm sich am Telefon wie das Letzte und verwies mich dann selbst des Hauses, weil ich den Grundsatz "gekauft wie geboten" zitierte.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Auch der kleine Hund war sehr liebevoll begrüßt worden.
Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, die auch leise lief.
Bad war sehr gut, sehr sauber, super Dusche.
Das Früstücksbuffet war umfangreich und selbst am Sonntag gab es knackige Brötchen.
