L'emplacement. Et l'intérêt porté aux clients qui n'ont pas satisfaction pour la chambre attribuée.

Cons:

On avait réservé une chambre familiale ondol: elle était fetuste ,sentait le renfermé. La climatiseur fuyait. Attention de ne pas réservé la chambre ondol.

Highly Overpriced
Pros:

Location is ok , very peaceful and calm, near to busan station. Rooms are spacious, clean, linens were torn , staff language problem, not Vegan friendly, breakfast is paid. Not Value for Money.

Nous étions au dernier étage avec une vue incroyable du port. Le logement est très confortable et spacieux. station de métro et bus à proximité. La gare KTX est à quelques minutes à pieds. Le personnel très agréable et réactif. Mon fils a adoré la salle de sport. Petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix

Cons:

Assez excentré. Presque 2h en transport en commun pour aller au Haedong Yonggungsa Temple

Clean, isolated, need for English speakers reception
Pros:

Clean and enough spacious. Comfortable beds and enough silence.

Cons:

Personnel who speaks very poor English, considering the importance of the hotel. Not even the basis.
Area isolated, very far from the seafront, from any turist point and over half a mile from the train station.
