Rundherum zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war TipTop. Spiegeleier und Omelettes wurden frisch zubereitet. Es wurde Kuchen und vor allen Dingen Cookies frisch gebacken. Super! Ebenso Pancakes. Brot und Brötchen und überhaupt alles frisch :-)

Cons:

Für uns absolut nicht stören, aber die Zimmer vorne raus zur Straße sind sehr laut. Da sollte man bei der Buchung ggf. um ein Zimmer hinten raus erfragen!

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Online Check-In hat nur zum Teil funktioniert. Sehr kompliziert. Alle mitreisenden Personen mussten parat sein (Personalausweis und selbständig unterschreiben), d.h. die buchende Person konnte das nicht für alle anderen erledigen. Nach langwierigen (1 1/2 h) Versuchen und Abstürzen des Systems habe ich es aufgegeben und schließlich an der Rezeption eingecheckt.

Geen goede keuze voor een rustige nacht
Pros:

Het ontbijt is erg goed. Het personeel van het restaurant is erg vriendelijk, alles wordt goed aangevuld. Het personeel bij de receptie is bij in en uitchecken niet erg vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt gunstig ten opzichte van diverse U en S bahnen

Cons:

Ik heb hier vorig jaar gezeten en had toen een kamer die niet aan de straatkant zat. Toen geen klagen. Nu kreeg ik kamer 122, een ruime kamer maar aan de straatkant. Wisselen kon niet, het hotel zat vol. De ramen en muren van de buitengevel zijn niet geïsoleerd. De hele nacht veel verkeer, alsof het naast je bet staat! aan de overkant een bushalte met zwervers en dronken lui to 0.3.00 op een doordeweekse dag! Daarnaast een rammelende airco (zelfs als ie uit stond). Het hotel ligt in een niet al te beste buurt. Er zijn veel betere hotels in Berlijn en ik kom hier niet meer terug.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel mit ruhigen Zimmern
Pros:

Gute Lage, eine Minute zur U8-Station, wenige Minuten zur U2, nicht im touristischen Trubel, aber Restaurants, Shops etc. schnell erreichbar
Zimmer nach hinten relativ ruhig

Cons:

Frühstück eher guter Durchschnitt, dafür sind 24 Euro etwas zu viel

Modernes Hotel mit 4-Sterne-Ausstattung in sehr zentraler Lage mit exzellenter U-Bahn-Anbindung. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schöne Bar und angenehmer Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten.

Cons:

Kleines Manko: Statt Schrank nur eine Kleiderständer und undichte Duschkabine.

L’emplacement avant tout. Le fait qu’il soit confortable, propre bien entretenu.

Cons:

Le seul petit point est l’absence de volets même si les rideaux occultants font bien le boulot.

Low Budget Hotel zum 4* Preis - die Lage und das Frühstück sind gut

Das Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Service und sehr guten frischen Eierspeisen - auch wenn die Auswahl eher einem 3* Hotel gleicht (1-2 Sorten einfacher Käse, sehr limitierte Auswahl an Belag für Brot usw.)

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist wie ein Low Budget Hotel - günstige / durchgelegene Matratze, knarzendes Bett, Plastikboden, Armaturen lose und wackelig. Für den Preis und das Ranking nicht angemessen. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte auch Grüßen, wenn ein Gast vorbeikommt.
