I have never stayed at ant accommodation anywhere that was so so clean and fresh. The room was large and airy and so well appointed. Beautifully decorated very welcoming.
Nothing
The accommodation was faultless, plenty of room. Large car park which was great. 20 mins run into Southampton cruise terminal. Staff very helpful.
Knowing the hotel was full that night the hotel didn't organise enough food, everything on the menu had run out which was so disappointing, this let the whole stay down. Surely they can keep frozen food in the freezer, such as scampi, fish, chicken Kiev, quite a let down for us.
Friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful, clean room. Lovely old pub, excellent breakfast. Good location for area attractions.
Good, free parking attached. Garden area. Would definitely book again.
Some road noise if in pub garden but hotel room was insulated.
Very clean, breakfast was lovely and location amazing
Extremely comfortable well decorated room with luxury touches. Nespresso machine and lots of tea and coffee choose. Luxury towelling gown and spa slippers along with Bramley Bath and shower products. Would highly recommend, was here for work but would definitely stay for leisure too, thank you.
Cleanliness, space, breakfast
Dark paint/ lighting
Mooi, schoon, sfeervol
A lot of traffic noise with the road so close behind the hotel, but with secondary glazing and window closed this was kept to a minimum
Excellent room. Good breakfast. Evening meal needs improving
Evening meal
Excellent service, clean room, brilliant food especially full english breakfast.Only stayed 2 nights wished we had stayed longer. Will definately stay there again.
We had twin beds which we booked but both had heavy double duvets .It was a warm spell and this made sleeping difficult,so much so that we both slept on top of the duvets. There was no alternative bedcovers in the room.A couple of single spare sheets would have been great.Other than that an excellent stay.
We enjoyed the location. Room and facilities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.y
There wasn't anything to dislike about our stay.
Spacious, comfortable room, very good breakfast, friendly staff
WiFi was a bit temperamental. Other than that, everything was excellent
A warm welcome & large comfortable room. A warm welcome too for our little dog, who was pleased to very to be served her own treat for breakfast 😄
The breakfast was disappointing as they had run out of a few things.
Asked for an upstairs room but which was accepted when booking but got a ground floor room. The food wasn't as good as the last time we stayed.
