Great Stay!
Pros:

Room was fantastic, Good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices were very good. Full English was huge!
Staff were very friendly.
Location for exploring the New Forest is perfect!

Room comfortable. Don’t like dogs in hotels, and when having breakfast.
Cons:

Luke-warm attitude from staff. Had a 10 minute wait to book-in. Didn’t like the ‘dog-friendly’ ambience - dog hairs on the carpet.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Staff, food and accommodation faultless

Cons:

Everything was fantastic, apart from check in, it could have been better as non maned reception rung bell but no one came, had to go across to main building to get staff, small issue and the only negative we could comment on
