Pros:

Nice staff … very helpful, close to USM

Cons:

None … i stay in center room , has light but no view off the window, but on my reservation marks city view. May be next time get better room w view.

Convenient location but slightly gloomy rooms
Pros:

A lot of parking space behind the hotel
Near to many eateries and USM

Cons:

The wifi signal was erratic and could only be connected to one or two devices at one time
Only two elevators
One of the TV wasn't programmed to in house channels
Size of room a bit smaller than expected and the grey walls made it seem gloomy

Best stay in Penang!
Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is great with a cafe at the ground floor.

Cons:

I smelled smoke, guess someone was smoking in the hallway. Apart from that, the hotel smelled nice esp the lobby.

The location is convenient and within walking distance of many places around USM, which is why I continue to choose this
Pros:

I am a regular guest and usually choose this hotel whenever I visit Penang. The location is excellent, especially for visiting USM, and many nearby attractions and amenities are within walking distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there always seems to be at least one issue during my stays here. This time, it was the Wi-Fi, TV connection, towel odor, and cleanliness of the toilet.
