Cons:

There were previous agreements with the former manager they did not respect. This made a guest leave earlier and some visitors to wait more than one hour before getting in to greet cousins they had not seen for years. Finally the new management understood that agreements had to be respected even if these were made by the previous manager we reserved with. The was EXTREMELY unpleasant. We had 9 rooms and 2 houses rented. We will never get back there or recommend the hotel to anyone.

Gaby the best !
Pros:

Gaby did a wonderful job with my massage. It was so good. The method she used I love it. She massaged with her hands, used machines for your feet, your head, your back. The aromatic oils. I really recommend her. I wish I can take me to USA. Love her. Also took care of my plantar fasciitis. Thank you Gaby.

I would go back and stay here
Cons:

Breakfast was not good at all, at least the free breakfast that comes with the room, Chilaquiles were not good at all, and kind of pricey for the poor quality of the food
