Pros:

The staff was the best part of our stay. They truly worked to solve the issues we had.
The location was good. Parking was underground. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

The hotel looked worn, towels, pool furniture, etc.
No refrigerator in the room, but the staff found a way to get us one.
The internet was horrible, until the staff gave us the VIP passcode. This should be disclosed.

La habitación muy encerrada sin vista, no hubo luz todavía la mañana, hacia calor, no había elevador llegue tarde a mi cita medica, el niño super oscuro mi mamá es de lactercera edad y nos afectó mucho el tema de elevadores, y me dijeron que por haber reservado en booking no me podían recompensar , No se me hizo justo, no pienso volver
