para empezar el agua caliente nunca salio.
yo hable al hotel para cambiar habitacion y me dieron un precio de 1900 de diferencia me atendio un tal cristian, cuando llegue me dijieron que no conocian a nadie con ese nombre, y termine pagando 2600 y cachito.
La puerta de la entrada tenia un agujero por donde se podia ver de afuera hacia adentro, las cortinas rotas y sucias. Las toallas olian a humedad.

An dem Tag als wir angekommen sind, war leider niemand vor Ort. Wir waren ganz alleine in der Unterkunft und der Pool war an diesem Tag nicht zu benutzen. Bis wir abends nochmal eine Nachricht geschrieben haben gab es auch kein warmes Wasser.

Nice premise but no suitcase storage area, hot water or AC / working ceiling fan

Lovely premise. Nicely laid out with a beautiful view

Cons:

After check out, we were not able to leave our luggage in a secure area. They told us we needed to extend our room for 370 pesos / £12 despite having no other guests and plenty of empty rooms that could have been used for this purpose. We therefore had to leave with our big backpacks and subsequently could not visit the cultural museum or any art galleries. This hotel ruined our Ajijic visit with this decision. On top of this, no hot water, ceiling fan did not work but we would have overlooked this if they were accommodating.
