Een fantastisch verblijf, beter dan menig vijfsterrenhotel
Pros:

We waren oprecht verrast door hoe goed ons verblijf was. Wij verblijven normaal gesproken altijd in vijfsterrenhotels, ook vlak voordat we hier aankwamen. Toch kunnen we met overtuiging zeggen dat Mercure Sabang beter scoort dan menig vijfsterrenhotel.
De hygiëne was uitstekend. Alles was brandschoon, netjes onderhouden en tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
De gastvrijheid was fantastisch. Alle medewerkers waren vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam. We willen in het bijzonder de stagiaire Zahra bedanken. Zij liet ons vanaf het eerste moment ontzettend welkom voelen met haar vriendelijkheid, enthousiasme en oprechte glimlach. Geef haar alsjeblieft een vast contract; zij is een enorme aanwinst voor het hotel. Uiteraard verdienen ook alle andere medewerkers een groot compliment voor hun geweldige service.
De kamers waren super schoon, modern en strak afgewerkt. Ook de heerlijke stortdouche maakte het verblijf extra comfortabel.
Het ontbijt was eveneens uitstekend: zeer uitgebreid, vers en ontzettend lekker. Er was voor ieder wat wils en het was elke ochtend weer een plezier om de dag zo te beginnen.
Bedankt voor deze geweldige ervaring. Wij komen graag nog eens terug en kunnen Mercure Sabang van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar topservice, uitstekende hygiëne en een verblijf dat de verwachtingen ruimschoots overtreft.

Ontbijt was lekker en eerste avond gegeten, ook erg lekker.

Great hotel, excellent staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here, hotel has really good facilities and the staff were absolutely superb throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and evening meals good too.

Cons:

Hotel is some distance from the old town so taxi or tuktuk is necessary but hotel staff are always there to help.
