Pros:

Localização excelente! Amenidades também muito boas! Achei o quarto só um pouco menor do que esperava pelo preço mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia. Pedi vista para a cidade e fiquei com uma vista parcial para a rua, com andaimes (essa parte poderia ter sido melhor) mas overall foi ótimo! Valeu a pena! Staff muito solícito também!

A vista do quarto que seria para a cidade, poderia ser melhor. Mas não atrapalhou a estadia. Valeu a pena! Ficaria lá de novo! O hotel é muito bem localizado.

La posizione è comoda

Cons:

La camera aveva l’aria condizionata non funzionante. Non si poteva regolare la temperatura. All’arrivo è intervenuta la manutenzione spiegando che non sarebbero riusciti a risolvere in quel momento. E promettendo un contatto con l’hotel manager.

Nessuno mi ha mai contattato e nonostante abbia chiesto più volte, il guasto non è stato riparato. Non mi è mai stato offerto il cambio di stanza.

L’attenzione al cliente è stata pessima.

De ligging en de gezellige sfeer in het hotel.

Cons:

Twee kamers zelfde Kategorie geboekt, 1 duidelijk beter gelegen, groter en mooier uitzicht dan de andere. Jammer voor de betaalde prijs.

Great location with a staff dedicated to good customer service.
Pros:

We were treated very well, like real guests, not just like some strangers who showed up to rent a room.For example, the air conditioning was not operating properly in our room and- without arguments or excuses, we were moved to another room with the staff tranfering our luggage. Then we received a written apology for the inconvenience! Excellent service.

Cons:

There was nothing to be improved on from our perspective.

Cons:

El hotel no es cinco estrellas, está mal calificado.
La relación precio calidad resulta desastrosa. No es un hotel que valga casi u$ 1000 la noche.
Lo único estupendo es su ubicación.
La habitación pequeña, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado
Debimos pedir cambio de habitación porque era sofocante y demoraron horas en mudarnos de cuarto
