I recently stayed here and had a great experience. The room felt warm and inviting, breakfast offered plenty of choices, and everything was kept very clean. I couldn't have asked for more.

Staff is the best

Beautiful hotel but I’ll be back because of the staff - house keeping, maintenance, and the manager - as well as front desk. Above and beyond stay.

Pretty nice hotel
Pros:

The style of the hotel was adorable .

Cons:

The room had a very weird smell( in which they were kind enough to switch me rooms). Was not the best at communicating that there would be Very loud drilling and hammering happening in the early morning shaking the walls and the window of the hotel.

Nice Hotel in NY Central, good vibes
Pros:

The ambiance and decoration of the Hotel is very nice, warm, hommy.
Staff are all very nice and welcomning, specially Felicia at Front desk at night who always made sure we
had everything needed.very Helpful.
We had some incidents going on with the fire alarm on the last day early in the morning, due to some malfuncion, but other than that everything was good. Was given a complimentary late check out so we could take some extra rest, MANY THANKS
We will come back for sure when visiting NEW YORK again, is is just a short walk to central park, The Gym is of good size and well equiped.

Cons:

the doors could perhaps be more soundproofed
can hear neighbours sometime slamming the doors when going in and out.

A Quiet Retreat with Exceptional Staff for this Theatergoer
Pros:

This is an ideal place to stay if you want to experience Broadway while enjoying a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds of Times Square. It's also conveniently located near Central Park.

The glass-enclosed bathroom is a bit unusual, especially if you're sharing the room with a friend, but the shower itself was great! The concierge team are exceptional, especially Lorenzo and Michael, were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was also wonderful. The entire staff was amazing really and added to the warm welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at 1 Hotel Central Park was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely focused on creating a first-class guest experience.

Both my husband and I felt completely at home, and so did our little dog, Mocha. The thoughtful touches for pets, including a bed and toy waiting in the room, were greatly appreciated and made Mocha feel just as welcome as we were. She was relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is outstanding. Being just steps from Central Park allowed us to enjoy multiple walks each day, and returning to the hotel was always a pleasure. Small touches, such as the complimentary water and fresh fruit available near the elevators, were especially appreciated after spending time exploring the city and the park.

A special mention also goes to Jams, the restaurant connected to the hotel. We dined there several times and also met friends and business associates there during our stay. Without exception, everyone commented on the quality of the food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere. It became a favorite gathering spot during our visit.

What truly sets 1 Hotel Central Park apart is the attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience felt intentional, from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful amenities and outstanding location.

We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already looking forward to our next stay. 1 Hotel Central Park has earned a permanent place on our list whenever we visit New York City.
